UNRELIABLE COMPANY It’s been weeks and no order no communication no tracking number. No ability to call.

12/28/23 update: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We have had our table and couch for 16 months and the table completely fell apart with the rattan disintegrating and breaking all over. When you touch it, it snaps apart. There is glass covering the rattan/wicker but the disintegration is under the glass where no one touches it. I've honestly never wasted money like this on any product. I have emailed the company and am waiting to hear back (if I do) but their responsiveness originally when I was missing a leg was terrible. I hope they make this right.

Original review: I will start with the good news. The furniture is decent and meets the description for the most part. The size is a little off and the quality is not as good as expected, but it will meet our purpose. However, we were missing a foot for the couch and it has been 11 days and we have yet to receive it. The bad news is the communication with this company is beyond terrible. It is easy to order furniture online but then not easy to understand how to get it. The order slip says it will be delivered but they refused to deliver. Instead, we had to drive to pick it up in Perris California. The good news is the pick up process with the warehouse went very smoothly. The warehouse is not affiliated with the company. All processes with the company Rattan Yard are terrible and unacceptable. I had sent emails before the purchase to try to get measurements and other questions answered, and at one point they simply refused to tell me how big the boxes were for pick up because “it doesn’t matter“. We needed to know which size truck to rent and couldn’t get that figured out without measurements. At this point, I do not believe they will send me a leg for the couch and I will have to figure out how to stabilize the furniture without a leg or I will end up returning the set. I will not do business with this company again.

Update 11/22/22: The company sent the missing leg, it was scratched, but it worked. Now that we've had the furniture, the additional piece of information is that the cushions are terrible. We haven't even used them much and there are divets where someone has sat so the appearance is that the cushions go up and down. Very poor quality and do not recommend the company or the furniture.

Would very highly recommend this company as we ordered and received garden furniture set it came super fast and excellent quality had very slight issue but after contacting them it was immediately resolved could not fault company in any way whatsoever

This is an absolutely terrible buying process. No one know what’s going on. It’s so easy to confuse your order with the supposed free shipping it says when it’s under warehouse pickup. Which makes absolutely no sense. There’s no phone number to get ahold of anyone. All around terrible. And very very frustrating.
