Rawlings Opticians & Hearing Care Avaliações

Excellent service for an annual eye test. Thorough, professional and friendly. Useful discussion about changes and implications for glasses without any hard sell.

We had tried several local opticians over the years, and came late to Rawlings after some disappointing experiences.
I could not be more complimentary of my consulation. the testing was thorough, each stage explained and Helen was very patient and expathetic in her conduct of the examination: very different to what I received elsewhere. Consequently I have more confidence in the prescription I received this time, and buying new glasses on the back of it.

Eye examination was very thorough and in no way rushed. I also ordered new glasses and the measurements taken to endure a good fit were more thorough than I've experienced before. All of this in a professional and friendly atmosphere.

Eye test very good. Choosing new glasses excellent.
Collection appointment given priority over a customer taking ages to choose their glasses. Much appreciated.

Always a friendly and professional service. Simon is always friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

A very efficient staff who were helpful and friendly! Excellent service !!

Vicky and Helen dealt with an urgent issue promptly and effectively. I was given an early appointment and a thorough examination followed by referrals. Copies of test results were provided on request and were very useful at the hospital.

Great professional Opticians - All staff friendly and professional from reception upwards. have been a client for over 30 years and they remain modern and relevant in a competitive space. They provide a very professional eye care service and clear explanation of their examination findings and practical advice.

I have been a customer at Rawlings for about 65 years and I have always found them professional, up to date with various machinery, kind and thoughtful.

We have been using Rawlings for more than 40 years. Pleased to say service is still 5 star when I went there this week after a gap of a few years.

I was given a same day appointment as I was concerned about some symptoms I was having. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Helen the optician was, as ever, welcoming and reassuring, listened carefully to my concerns and was thorough and professional in her examination.

All staff are pleasant and helpful with good advice and no pressure to buy expensive items.

Excellent service from the optician who diaiagnosed a problem with one of my eyes and referred me to hospital where it was successfully treated. Subsequently I have been re-examined and all is well

Lovely, professional staff, friendly and helpful. Eye examination very thorough and good advice about my blepharitis eye condition.

Very customer friendly service, very knowledgeable and helpful and keen to ensure my prescription and glasses are perfect.

Ease of making appointment.
Quality of appointment

I thought the people who helped me really listened and understood some worries I shared. They made me feel comfortable because I find eye tests a bit daunting. They were gentle and calm, but also very personable. A really good experience: professional. knowledgable and really good at explaining the results of the scans.

The staff were friendly and professional. I had a very thorough examination which was well-conducted.

Having recently been dealing with a ‘cheaper’ high street optician I was left feeling that my eyesight could be improved beyond what they were able to offer. Having previously been helped by Rawlings in Caterham I decided to pay them a visit;and was not disappointed. My subsequent eye examination and scan was thorough, informative and unhurried, as was my subsequent choice of lenses and frames,
which took account of my screen use (too much) and driving needs. From start to finish my treatment was polite, friendly and patient.
