Work just completed.Chase is a credit to your company.He was polite and very clean and tidy both personally and in his work practice.When he finished I asked if he could assist me to explain an issue with my digital thermostat.He explained in clear and simplistic language how to resolve my issue to my satisfaction.As already said he is a credit to your company and a real asset.

It's a pleasure to witness both technical skill and communications before, during and after job completion. I can't recommend RCA Plumbing and Heating highly enough.

I have been a customer of RCA Plumbing & Heating for over 5 years now and in that time I've enjoyed the best of service. From installing my Vaillant boiler and the annual servicing of it I can't fault the company in any aspect of their professional and courteous staff. Got my annual boiler check done last week. Very friendly team member Chase came out to do the check, answered my queries well and had some great advice to do with my boiler/heating system.

Another great experience with RCA, telephoned at 8am in a panic as heating not working as it should, phone answered straight away and spoke with Ryan who tried to help over the phone, then arranged a visit that afternoon. Engineer sent a message when he was on his way and I got a text with a 2 hour time slot which was great. The engineer was very kind and knowledgeable, solved the issue very quickly, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this firm they are excellent at what they do.

I first met RCA by looking through local papers for a plumber to fit a new boiler for my elderly Aunt. RCA turned up did a brilliant job and at the same time made my 90 year old Aunty comfortable with the workmen . I have since used them to put in a new boiler for me. Also I have called on them a number of times when I had minor taps, thermostats and quite a few other emergencies and there was no hesitation on their part and came out very quickly. Ryan the owner and all his employees have become like friends to me. All and any plumbing job done quickly and efficiently. I have recommended to everyone I know . Without a doubt the very best for plumbing and heating in this area.

I have been using RCA Plumbing for a number of years now and regularly for and after installation of new boiler. Their staff are always friendly and helpful and I trust their expertise.

The company is spot on. You are kept informed of dates and times, always punctual. The team are all very pleasant and carry out their tasks in a tidy orderly manner.

My elderly mothers heating broke down and called RCA. There response was excellent made the old system safe which was definitely unrepairable (40 years old). Quote for new boiler and work to install carried out right away. Professional work completed to a high standard and new heating system has been working perfectly for 7 months now. So I would highly recommend RCA plumbing and heating.

I was really pleased with them. When I phoned they arranged a day and time straight away. On the day they were coming they were called to a gas leak they phoned to keep me informed and said they could be later later I received a message from a plumber called Chase. He was great he explained exactly what he had to do and completed the service . Was very good and also explained that I would receive an invoice and just to follow the instructions in the email. I've had dealing with other plumber that would never give an exact time or day when they could come and left me hanging on. Hence why I was so please with this company. I will contact them again for my service next year and should I need a plumber I'd contact them straight away
