Usual excellent service from RCA. Lots of polite reminders about appointment, clear time slot for work and an alert when the plumber was on his way. This is all done very professionally. James was,
as usual, cheerful, helpful and professional. He did an excellent job, the price was very fair and the bill properly itemised.

Amazing Service from RCA!
RCA are amazing! Alisha was my first contact when phoning and she was helpful, knowledgeable and put me at ease, while ensuring I was put on to the right people to sorty issue. Ryan (engineer) reviewed the pictures of my issue and quickly arranged the right person for the job. Chase came to the house and was able to sort the cistern with ease! He was professional, onowledgeable and helpful at all times, giving me the right advice. He made everything seem minor and reassured me throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using RCA again! Thank You to everyone at RCA for an amazing service.

As always with RCA work carried out…
As always with RCA work carried out without any fuss and total cleanliness. James visited as planned on 04/06/2026 to carry out annual Boiler inspection and maintenance which was carried out as above. Marked up our book and sent out copies of paperwork the same day.
Also asked for my downpipe to be reconnected to the Rhône at the top as I am disabled and can no longer go up ladders. Again works carried out in a timely manner with no mess and no fuss.
1st class works by James on behalf of RCA.

Highly recommend!
Right from the start, Ryan and his squad made us feel completely relaxed and confident in their ability to fit our heat pump. They were extremely friendly, respectful, helpful and tidy - cleaning up not just at the end of each day, but as they went along. They did snagging after a couple of days, then came back and made any little changes that were needed, without being asked. They explained everything very clearly and made sure we knew exactly how the heat pump worked. Ryan made sure we didn't change anything in the house that didn't need changing (spending more than we needed) and I found him(and all the workers) reliable and trustworthy. I unreservedly recommend RCA to anyone!

Nothing more to say than excellent. My Dad had a leaking ceiling. I had to organise a plumber via phone as he is getting on and I don’t live nearby. I was kept up to date with the repair. There were no unexpected costs and the work was done professionally. I would highly recommend this company.

Another great experience with RCA
Another great experience with RCA, telephoned at 8am in a panic as heating not working as it should, phone answered straight away and spoke with Ryan who tried to help over the phone, then arranged a visit that afternoon. Engineer sent a message when he was on his way and I got a text with a 2 hour time slot which was great. The engineer was very kind and knowledgeable, solved the issue very quickly, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this firm they are excellent at what they do.

I first met RCA by looking through local papers for a plumber to fit a new boiler for my elderly Aunt. RCA turned up did a brilliant job and at the same time made my 90 year old Aunty comfortable with the workmen . I have since used them to put in a new boiler for me. Also I have called on them a number of times when I had minor taps, thermostats and quite a few other emergencies and there was no hesitation on their part and came out very quickly. Ryan the owner and all his employees have become like friends to me. All and any plumbing job done quickly and efficiently. I have recommended to everyone I know . Without a doubt the very best for plumbing and heating in this area.
