We have purchased many items to furnish our new home in NV and Maggie has gone above and beyond to check stock for availability, make suggestions on other options, guide us through the store totting samples of design and colors for us to match and change our minds a zillion times on what to buy. She was kind enough to let us call or text her with additional requests that we found on line (RC Willey). With sales staff like Maggie your store will flourish with new and return customers.

Outstanding customer service!

Disappointed we were on a time crunch to have carpet installed on a Friday and move in Saturday. We ordered something in stock for this reason. They came out Friday with the completely wrong brand of carpet and wrong shade of carpet. Our entire move had to be postponed. We had to get a storage unit. My husband took that weekend off of work they ended up coming back Monday to install it and Tuesday and it’s Thursday because I’m doing it by myself and with my 65-year-old mother because now my husband is back to work. We have been staying at my parents house until everything’s been moved in. It was so big of an inconvenience and it was so upsetting because we were so clear on what had to be done and our time crunch. The house we were renting we had to be out last weekend which was why we were on a time crunch. I called and I got $300 off and a $200 gift card RC Willie, which is a joke.

Veterans, at all cost, stay away from RC Willey! RC Willey does not honor Veterans properly! I asked them if they honored Veterans with the customary 10% Discount, they told me that they did. However, when I paid for item, they didn't tell me, but I noticed that it wasn't 10%. I asked if the 10% was applied, they told me, that is was 10% only up to $50.00. If I was alone, I would've walked out. Avarice greed is a part of their business model. Avariciously speaking! I will never purchase from them again!

Great customer service

Billing and finance department are very unprofessional and her supervisor its very rude, they added a charge back of 300 dlls on my dinning table that i was almost done to paid off, i bough a dinning table a year ago and recently i bought an oven and a microwave, my last payment was on january 14th and the supervisor said that payment went to the new purchase and not to my old purchase of my dinning table so they said i was late 2 months when its clear on my account that i was not. Anyways dont buy here, the supervisor it was very rude she probably dont like her job and dont like answering questions in a nice way.

Francisco and partner were very professional, prompt, friendly and helpful in understanding how best to use the product.

For installation of washer and dryer, Eric was great, fast and efficient. Thank you, RC Willey!

The check in process was great. Very nice lady there. They brought the item to my car and loaded it.

I’m in the 82 year old woman who is still waiting for their $90 from RC Willey. They told me last month they would put it back on to my credit card. guess what, it’s not there. I’m very unhappy and disappointed in the store. John FARI is the manager there. Hi John, when can I expect my $90. Judi Albert. 

Very capable people in both appliance dept. and the cashier area.

First time making purchase with RC Willey and was pleased with the sale person and the way he handled our order also happy with the delivery and setup of our sectional sofa.

We have filed a claim three times for a new couch cushion cover. The first time, we had the ripped cover when the representative came to our home. He sent the wrong part and we were told that he would send the correct one. That never happened. Now we are on our third claim and are being told that you can't help.

This will most likely go to the BBB where we will file a complaint against the business.

The notification process was great. The guys showed up to deliver my recliner on time. I love my new recliner.
