Do not waste your money on this expensive rubbish!

One of the legs is faulty (so not a 3 second tent) and we have missing parts.

Think of the worst customer service you have ever had and times it by 10 and this is how bad their customer service is!

They just give you the complete run around.

Although I was promised a call back, after chasing for a week they then said 'they can not do call backs' (and their customer service number on their site does not work). They just keep making you send emails (which take them ages to respond to by a human) and on the times they do respond they just send you stupid instructions on how to set up the tent and use the guidelines.

As for them saying they are experts they don't even understand what they are talking about as at first they had no idea about what 'guidelines' are, which are actually on their online video. They just sent me more instructions, as they classed these as guidelines 🙄

You would be better off buying a cheap kids tent than this tat.

Tent arrived very quickly. Had an issue with the tent, which was sorted out exreemly quickly with no argument. Also made a profuct suggestion which was taken pn board.

Was happy with the prompt delivery of my order. Tent is very easy to put up. I'm happy with the tent so far.

At first i was disapointed battery kept turning off. After getting help from customer support, i realize i was doing it incorrectly. I was skipping a step. (Staking it down)
Once i did it went up perfectly. I love love love it only one thing i would change , in the front corner there's an opening for cords. I wish there was a way to seal it exp. Zipper, velcro etc

since we didn't know what we were doing the first time ...and maybe the second... we were confused. after finally getting it...the tent worked as described but was longer than the 3 minutes, and we had to help it stand up. We left it inflated for a few hours and the top went down into the middle of the tent. We then tightened the exhaust plugs and it stayed up. We are going on a 3 or 4 state camping trip in late June so when we get back from that trip we will have a very well rounded opinion! we were able to inflate our Queen size air mattress inside the tent which was kind of a must have with a 74 and 68 year old back! lol! So I'll let you know when we return how the tent performed so I'll be back!!

Reactive Outdoor is amazing, the 3 Second tent is just as described and very easy to set up and take down!

It is really amazing how easy and how quickly this tent is set up.
I will have to try it on the next 15-day motorcycle trip through the north of Spain in which I will include a trip very dedicated to the mountains range of the Spanish and French Pyrenees.
When I saw the first videos of this store, I said to myself about the speed of assembly and disassembly; It is perfect for motorcycle trips where you only spend a single night in the same place.
I have tried it at home and as simple actions as in the promotional videos.
It seems that the material is also durable. Let's hope so!!.
At the moment, I am very happy with this acquisition.

Tried my new amazing 2-step Cabin Tent from Reactive Outdoor today. I've been putting up tents for years... this literally up in seconds and all you have to do is pop in the pegs!

Well made tent, easy to setup, and takedown. The construction of it takes away the pain of assembly with just a touch of a button. In 3 minutes yout tent is setup. Great ventilation in the ceiling, water proof and ground level vents with windows and screens. The takedown process took 30 seconds, then all you have to do is roll it up, and pack it up.

je voulais acheter la tente gonflable, mais un amis as une tente 2 secondes reactive outdoor et vos toiles de tente sont trop fines ,ainsi due la toile de fond.

I have camped ,caravaned, toured a motorhome, and spent many many nights out in the open with nothing more than an army poncho but now at the age of eighty it’s getting a little bit harder to do things what a joy to find a tent that pitches itself at the press of a button

I'm 62 year old ride a motorcycle. I've had back surgery that led to nerve damage on my right leg so makes it hard to set tents alone. Bought the 2 step tent to make it easier for me I've only set it up once and taken it down so far easy. Only thing is the bag it comes in . Is the worse I've ever seen had it doesn't close all the way on it doesn't hold tight is a string pull close for a 300 dollar tent the bag should've been better. So now I'm having to buy a new bag for it. I travel a lot on my bike I usually tent. So yes I have about 6 tents that I've tried to make packing and carry on a bike easy and of course need that extra space inside for a old ladies comfort.

I just wanted to say - WOW!!!!!! I bought your tent with trepidation that it would be a waste of money and a gimmick but it absolutely is neither of these things. Did my first trial run of it the other day with grandchildren in the garden and so so easy to set up even with a baby in a backpack on your back. The excitement was palpable! Had a fantastic night camping in the garden 🙂 - happy grandchildren, happy nanny.
Excellent service from beginning to end. The sewn in instructions and tent peg bag is genius and very useful.

I’m 70 yrs old and will be attending Wood Badge, which is affiliated with Scouting America. This is a leadership training event. I wanted to be able to set up my own tent and have comfort. I haven’t gone camping yet, but I tried this in my living room, the 6 men tent and it was up in less than two minutes. Amazing. I’ll be trying it out in a couple of weeks and I will definitely be recommending this tent to the scouting community.

The tent condensates in the light rain on Friday the 13/04/26 to the degree all of my clothes were wet my iPad is being looked at hopefully be repaired they don’t fit a self inflating air bed very dissatisfied I would very much like to talk to you about the above problems. Wayne

Great little tent - does everything the ad says, and withstood the rain and wind better than some other tents on our camping site!! We had a small issue with a few of the joints (which can happen with the best product), but the customer service response was fast and awesome, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
