Excellent customer service, would definitely order from here again.
I ordered a replacement clamp for my Ohlins steering damper, received a phone call from Jack 20 minutes later telling me that they are unable to order it in as it is now discontinued by CNC Racing.
I was offered alternative colours or an alternative but similar part (which I decide to take) and my order was updated within the hour

I asked many questions before placing an order for an SC project exuast can for my Superduke and the guys were brilliant.
Although the exhaust can took approx 10 weeks to arrive against an estimated 3-5 week timeline, I was kept updated throughout and its autumn / winter anyhow 😉
The team are perfectly helpful and respond to questions promptly and I would buy again from here
