The follow-through of this company is extremely poor. My representative was calling and emailing every day at the beginning, when the application process we started, He said that everything was approved and he sent the documentation for my signature. There were at least three mistakes in those forms so I did not sign. I contacted him to report the information and he said he would get back to me. 2 weeks went by and after I tried calling and sending emails but I never heard back from him. I contacted his supervisor who was extremely professional, friendly, and called me back in a timely manner. She said she would resubmit the application, speak with him regarding his follow through, and she would send me the revised edition. I never heard from her again, never received an email and never received the revised edition. I spent hours submitting paperwork and confidential information, to not hear back from this company. Extremely poor and I would not suggest communicating with them.

These scammers will call and email you at all hours and every time you talk to someone-what they are asking for and promising are different. No one here seems to know what they’re doing, sounds like they’re reading a script if you have a question-if they even answer it at all. There are much more organized and efficient lending options. This company are nothing but harassing scammers/liars. Staff changed constantly too-which should say it all.

I had been approached by several ERC companies that were not helpful when I had questions on the application process. Ready Capital is working closely with my local bank and that gave me the confidence they had my best interest in this application. I was assisted with my questions from the beginning and Mr. Austin on the funding team was extremely helpful with keeping the documents I needed to submit organized and on time. I am grateful Ready Capital was there to assist me with this application.

The application was easy to complete. When I had a question I received a very prompt response from a real person who answered my questions and send me a sample illustration. They whole process was very quick!

Well I had the pleasure of working with erc specialist by the name of Corey sawyers. His service was above and beyond what I expected. Not only did he get my application processed fast he was able to get me more than ever expected on my erc. I promise this was a wonderful experience. Corey really took care of me and he did it so fast I was speechless when he sent my docusign over so soon. I will recommend this company to everyone I know

Long story short, stay away from this company. We were introduced to them by some other lender , they have wasted 7-8 months of our precious time and they couldn’t do the loan. Keep lying, we will close the deal next month, next month that month never came!
They have lack of knowledge, they want you to transfer all your license to new buyer before the closing? Are you kidding me?
Don’t waste your time .

This lender will attempt to force you buy their insurance even though when you provided them with proofs of your own insurance. They won't respond to your email.

Let me start out saying.. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!. THERE ONLY LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE MONEY ALREADY!. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A START UP LOAN PLEASE GO THE OTHER WAY! TERRIBLE!! THEY MAKE YOU GO THROUGH ALL OF THE QUESTIONS ON THE APPLICATION AND ITS POINTLESS!!. IF YOU DONT HAVE REAL ESTATE DONT BOTHER!. I CANT BELIEVE SBA WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!.

Dishonest and scandalous company. Not worth going into details but definitely do not waste your time with them.

I was in touch with Ready Capital and they made the process real smooth. They helped answer any questions I had and the downloading of documents was real easy. Great company to work with.

Uncalled for and unethical mode of customer servicing. Till date gotten no response to the issue i raised exactly a week ago. I'm convinced they are just incompetent because Modulí net work, had issued a chainalysis audit on their networks earlier, had I saw that before handling my money to them, would not have fell for the IRA gimmicks. Check a chance of opting out. Professional hands on deck are excused, having opting a eight-five per cent is better than losing all to itrust

Total rip-off. Delays upon delays. Turned in application in August; it wasn't even reviewed until October. Need an SBA loan for a practice purchase. I have been dealing with their "attorneys" who won't deal with anyone but another attorney and then ask her questions like: are you representing the Buyer or the Seller? What address will the business be using? They have asked for documents going back 20 years. The colossal waste of time and lack of professionalism is stunning. Then, after a $1500 "commitment fee", they actually had the nerve to bill an additional $500 loan packaging fee and another $1500 for less than competent "attorneys". Interest rates are WSJ+2.75%; not competitive. Had I known this was going to transpire, I never would have contracted with this group. STAY FAR AWAY!!

Ready capital is the worst company Capital One lock my account the day my PPP loan hit I called ready capital and emailed them over 200 times in the last year not one return phone call not one returned email I don't know what happened to the money now ready Capital says I have to make payments I never got the money Capital One locked it and told me they sent it back to ready Capital ready I don't know what to do horrible company
