The worst experience ever, they helped us to get the loan and handed our paperwork to a third party for title transfer and registration which has been over two months now and is not done yet.
meanwhile we have very high expenses of insurance and maintenance for parked equipment with zero in revenue.

Ready Capital has a highly professional team of ERC experts and I would recommend them to any business looking to take advantage of the ERC.

After dozens of interactions via phone, text, and email over multiple weeks, they needed just one more bit of information 'and we should be good to go.' Then another, then they found an error on one of the forms (so it had to be redone), then 'everything looks good.' Then, no response to multiple emails, multiple calls, etc. Finally a text message that said I was declined, and that I'd find out why in 30 days. So much time time wasted.

Poor service, not knowledgeable, no clarity for customers when they have questions. Overall, a disaster!

Spoke with a Customer service rep from Ready Capital, she came off as rude from answering the phone. Then she said my real estate business doesn't count as income. I just dropped the call. I'm glad I didn't waste time applying.

Zero Star for this fraud company. There is no live person you could talk with when you have a question. You have to call and leave a message and someone will call you back usually a day later. This person is out of this world, because it is obvious that she doesn't know anything about this business and interestingly nothing about your application. She just give you wrong info. Every time they ask you for more docs and even when you send it they keep asking the same docs again and again. It took two and half month (Dec 6 to Feb 15) to go from "Application under review" to "Need more docs" to be "Approved" to go back to "Under Review" and then receiving a "Denied" email without any explanation! I think this is an scam and a cover up for some other activities. Be carful!

I’m in the middle of applying for a business loan with Ready Capital and the process thus far has been very comforting. Natalie Gonzalez has been such an outstanding help and her swift responses regarding any questions I’ve had along the way have kept me calm and hopeful regarding my outcome. I believe the customer service at any company makes such a world of difference and the service I’m getting with working with Natalie is truly one of the best I’ve ever had! She’s knowledgeable, personable, understanding and prompt!

Supposably through multiple emails you claim that was approved and everything was completed and done deal for my first draw p p p however I can't find any anyting not an account the address I'm sending this from right now doesn't even exist yet I'm responding to you from the same thing there is no record of my first draw p p p I even have an email from you and which I responded that to my knowledge I did everything that you requested and nobody ever got back to me pretty sad

A nightmare I cannot wake up from because it is realm life. After being matched at the start of the pandemic we did a little research- great, they rock! WE WERE WRONG. Not only have we tried reaching via phone for months prior to this happening to find out when repayment begins and if there is anything else we need to know- we recieve a letter stating the loan is already in the "COLLECTIONS" phase, we learn we are going to need to pay $4709.92 in 6 DAYS from getting letter. It auto deducted from our business bank accont. We then spent two weeks working with lendio and TRYING to find ONE PERSON TO TALK TO. We never spoke to ONE HUMAN BEING IN TWO WEEKS OF CALLING. We have left messages with zero return. Cannot send any form of email- the only one listed is for PR. So I guess they'll get the letter. We are still in the middle of a pandemic, and ready capital took $4709.02 from our family owned business. So not only could we 1. not reach anyone from the start to START MAKING THE PAYMENTS, they sent us to their COLLECTIONS AND ARE STATING THAT WERE $3646.82 BEHIND ON PAYMENTS, but NOBODY CAN ANSWER A PHONE TO HELP US UNDERSTAND. WE GET ALL OF OUR MAIL DAILY, CHECK VOICEMAILS DAILY, EMAILS DAILY. WE HAVE NOT BEEN NOTIFIED OF ANYTHING AND THEM WITHIN 36 DAYS WE GET TWO LETTERS THAT SAY THEY WILL AUTO DEBIT OVER $8,000 FROM OUR SMALLM BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND STILL OWE A BACK PAYMENT OF OVER $3600?! DURING A PANDEMIC?! Its such a sad day when a small business is held to a standard that an corporate giant does not have to be. No people to communicate with. This is the big guy taking FULL ADVANTAGE of the little guy. READY CAPITAL PLEASE ASSIST WITH ANY FORM OF CONTACT INFORMATION.

I asked a few simple questions in an email. None of them were answered and they refused to give me their name. If you can't do business with a person, then there is no business.

I was shorted big time with my ppp. I was approved for over $3,000 the 1st round. The second round I didn't get from Ready Capital, which was terrible because I only received $600
