Prompt delivery and very good packaging. Very sturdy construction. Caught me on the hop as I haven't started my work yet. Being 80 years old in a couple of months and only 5'-2'' in height (male), I made a trial run and was relieved that I survived. Good experience all round.

I ordered some attachments for a Glaser wheel hoe which I was unable to obtain from vendors in the USA. The order was placed on a Sunday (not a business day;) it arrived the next Wednesday. I consider this to be exceptional.

While the ordering process was flawless, I've made two inquiries to the email address given on their website; neither one has received a response.

These Neversink tools are outstanding. They are built to last. Thank you ReAg.

The 28mm metal ferrule is not included in the long hand plow. It should be. It isn't practical for a buyer to source a 40mm length of 28 mm dua pipe. It wouldn't add any significant cost to the item and would make a huge difference to the buyer.

Excellent service.
We had to check inventory and consult and we received an immediate and good response by email.
One part was out of stock, we were notified after 2 weeks when the part arrived, and shipped to us at no additional shipping cost.

Ich hätte gern schon bei der Bestellung gewusst, dass noch einmal 30 Euro Zoll zur Bestellung und den Versandkosten hinzukommen. Sonst, die Waren sind in Ordnung.

First time used Reag tools, very straightforward with ordering on line and a super fast delivery. Very good and excellent service.

The tool I needed & couldn't find anywhere else -
and it arrived fairly quickly. Would have been even quicker if UPS weren't such a waste of space...
