Hi Peter, thank you for your review. We have just had a really long search and cannot find any emails from you at all. Could you possibly drop us a direct email to: marketing@reagtools.co.uk and I can help. We pride ourselves on getting back to people promptly so a huge apology if any emails were missed. Thank you again.

Hi Deb, my apologies that you aren't happy with the trays. We didn't like these very much either and that is why they are reduced in price to clear them. We have a range of much stronger and indestructible trays that we recommend as they last a lifetime. Thank you for your review and order. Kind Regards, Chris

Thanks so much for the review John, glad the tool is working well for you!
Really Great Company
I ordered a weeding tool, which was delivered promptly and was well packaged. The tool is great and a good addition to my collection of weeding tools. I really like this company which specialises in providing a range of tools for small holdings, which are much tougher and not usually available in the ordinary run of garden centres.

Very good personal service
Arrived a couple of weeks later than I had hoped but there are usually delays if an item comes from abroad. When I needed to delay arrival they did this willingly so am very satisfied.

Hi Ivar, I am so sorry about your experience with this. We currently have a team looking at making this much clearer so that you can view the site with both an including and excluding VAT price. At the moment we mostly deal with small businesses and so the excl. VAT price is what is displayed, this is a limitation of the website software we use. But thank you for your feedback, we are working on fixing this! Best Wishes,
Chris
