I am very disappointed with this company. I do not recommend and I will NEVER spend my money with them again. I had been looking on different websites for two weeks. In those two weeks I found a dress I liked but I wanted to wait before I ordered in case I saw something else. WELL the dress was listed for $160 for two weeks. I ordered the dress so at this point the company has my measurements and my money . I get a email saying the dress is now $280 they wanted more money from me and a reimbursement fee. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have not done anything at all to help me.

No call or response to my message
No call or response to my message. I called and I’m upset that it’s for my niece prom and her dress came after spending $400 for it to be custom made and it’s a disaster. The color is way off, not the same print, feathers are coming off at the bottom. It’s too big and I had someone do her measurements where the measurement from the dress to her actual size are 6 inches bigger. Not what we ordered. The only best thing is it came fast. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Disputing this with my bank as we speak. DONT ORDER HERE!

Not a happy customer!
Purchased a dress that was scheduled to be delivered on the March 29th, 2021, well its March 31, 2021 and I still haven't received the dress! I even paid extra for express shipping! They promised the dress would be here but its not. I've been trying to contact them but no answer when I called and no one will respond to my email. I'm not a happy customer! My daughter will miss Prom cause we were depending on this dress!

So glad I went with rebegown.com!
I was anxious about purchasing my dress online. I measured exactly and used their "design your dress" option to send them a picture of my dream dress. They found an option that was similar. I sepcified that I wanted sleeves added, gave them those measurements, and asked them to fill in the lace. I was so satisfied to recieve my dress made with excellence! I was AMAZED and extremely relieved not to have to make alterations. I asked them if I needed to buy a pettie coat with it and they helped me know which one would make my dress look best. I would 100% recommend rebegown.
