The most amazing trainer
The most amazing trainer! I’ve never really been keen on the concept of PTs as a lot aren’t personalised to you, your goals, your struggles etc - however Valentina has been amazing she has helped me change my mindset and move from heavy cardio based excersise that I’ve done for over 10yrs and move and grow confident in weight training. She ensures you train correctly, without risking injury. Great trainer - could not recommend anymore
Brilliant PT
Approaching 60 and being told I have high blood pressure and cholesterol motivated me to go to the gym, despite the fact that I prefer to walk in the country or on the beach. As a rookie, I had no idea what to do; in the end, I stated that I had health difficulties and was referred to Valentina, who has been a wonderful assistance. With her assistance, I am able to control my large appetite while also following her strength programme, and I am gradually seeing the results.
Amazing experience with Valentina p.t
Great experience!! I had some sessions with her to get started and maximise my approach to the gym, it was really helpful training with her, with all the tips she gives, and especially her attention for the movements, correct use of the spine in each different exercises, not to mention her psychology background as well as pilates knowledge which makes each exercises maximised among core, strength and muscles-centred!
Exceptional PT!
Valentina is an experienced and very knowledgable personal trainer. She has a holistic understanding of the body and is incredibly thorough in her work, particularly when it comes to form / technique to avoid injuries and even massage and stretching! She is caring and supportive in her coaching and has enabled me to feel strong and confident in my body. I genuinely look forward to my strength training sessions with Valentina and have seen real and consistent results in working together over the past year - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
The BEST Personal Trainer I have ever had!
I worked with Valentina for 6 months and can not recommend her enough!
I have worked with numerous PT’s over the years but none focused so much on movement and form. I learnt something new in every session about positioning, posture, it was amazing! Valentina has so much knowledge and genuinely loves what she does. I learnt about correct form (no hunching shoulders 😂), how to breath properly during sets, how lift heavy safely so I could eventually lift on my own, all of which I have never experienced before with a PT.
Every session is well planned and part of an even bigger plan to have you working towards your goals! I lost 7lbs and hit a 77.5kg deadlift! I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions and learnt so much in the process! Thank you x
Excellent technical PT for strength, pregnancy and post-natal
I’ve worked with Valentina for two years now, including throughout my second pregnancy and postnatal recovery. I’m 44 and have always trained but thanks to Valentina I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and in the best shape. Valentina’s technical knowledge is second to none, she has taught me to deadlift safely - something I’ve never done before but it’s really satisfying! She ensures you work your whole body, focusing a lot on core strength and is constantly making adjustments so you improve. She’s also really good company and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone.

I've been training with Valentina for a month now and I'm happy with the training so far. Not only have I noticed a significant improvement in my strength, but she is really friendly and her helpful advice have made each session enjoyable and productive. Attentive to form and sustainable goals
I've had tips from Valentina on form in the past but not been apart of her program till this year started. I am happy I started, the program Valentina has curated for me works for the type of relationship I have with the gym and working out in general. I have a problem doing full push ups and Valentina provided the variation where I am on my knees for extra support and I am able to get through more than I have in the past. I am enjoying the journey and not putting any pressure on my self to lose x amount of weight in an unreasonable time and Valentina supports this and also pushes where there is a need. Great trainer and is so attentive to form and the whole journey, diet and movement.

For the many years I’ve worked with Valentina as a coach and advisor, I’ve never been dissatisfied with her work, commitment, passion and advice. She’s helped me understand my body, the way I train, the way I eat and how it relates to the training and my lifestyle, and the overall effect in my progress and future. Great PT with Pilates & Injury Treatment Knowledge
I worked with Valentina for about 9 months and I can't recommend her enough. She created a plan that focused on the goals I wanted to achieve at the perfect level - not too easy or not too hard. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to injury treatment, whether it was a pre-existing condition or a fresh injury she had a broad range of tools in her arsenal to release tension, address pain or to improve my mobility. She is also a skilled Pilates instructor which is so helpful in training for someone like me who has a performing arts background and interested in conditioning and having a varied routine. And to top it all off, she is funny and has a great personality! It was a pleasure training with her.
Five star post natal reboot
After the birth of my second child, I had a tried a number of post natal classes before coming across Valentina. After one session I could tell that she was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping mums with post natal recovery. Valentina's knowledge and expertise extends beyond rebuilding core / pelvic floor. Her approach is much, much broader and helped me understand the importance of full body strength and mobility, particularly when lifting, carrying and feeding a baby / small child. Valentina genuinely cares and is committed to her clients. I have been training with her for almost 12 months and can't recommend her highly enough.
