Unbelievably excellent service in every respect. My initial phone enquiry was handled most efficiently and reassuringly by Ellie; the car was collected (smoothly, sympathetically and professionally) as arranged, with updates exactly as promised; and payment of a very fair price was made into my bank account by the end of the day (again as promised). The whole operation from my phone call to payment took barely six hours. I'm very happy to unhesitatingly recommend this company.

Very helpful friendly service making the scrapping of my beloved car a very easy process.

From the first phone call to the last goodbye, every staff member was friendly, efficient and helpful. Over 10,000 aluminium cans to recycle and some old rolled aluminium as well, which Smithy and Carl happily helped move and weigh without any prompting. Both Sian and Sophie were delightful, from taking my initial call to settling the account. Thank you all for making my visit an extremely happy one.

Faultless service from Grace and Siân, from immediate response to initial enquiry, to arranging a drop off of my van, to producing a Certificate of Destruction within minutes. TfL then responded same day to approve the ULEZ scrappage grant. Highly recommended Reclamet !

After a disastrous day at the tail end of 4 years of poor treatment by dealerships, I reluctantly called Reclamet to collect my car for scrap. They offered me a decent price, and arranged collection around me! After collection there were a couple of enquiries that needed sorting; every member of staff I spoke to was so lovely and obliging. Could not be happier. I know that they will profit from my car but I’m happy for that to happen and while I hope, in the nicest way possible that I don’t have to use them again, I would definitely recommend

Not having scrapped a car before I was unsure of the process. Reclamet were superb, right from the initial telephone call providing a quote they were extremely professional and helpful, the car was collected at the time agreed and the process was so straight forward.
