I recently had my car removed for scrapping by Reclamet in Birchington, kent. The service was exceptional in every way, from initial contact through to satisfactory conclusion. Reclamet were prompt, clear, very courteous and communicative, and made a rather trying process easy and straightforward. FULL MARKS!

Absolutely faultless, professional service from start to finish. Emails to Sian were usual answered within 30 minutes, and she was able to answer questions on the spot, in contrast to TfL, who generally needed 10 working days to respond to even the most basic queries. As time was short to provide evidence of the car being scrapped, pickup was arranged to be the first collection of the following day, and the certificate of destruction was in my email inbox, and the agreed payment in my bank account, by the end of that same day. I cannot recommend Reclamet highly enough.

From the second I made a quote to the second they picked my car up, they were very helpful, understanding and very co-operative! Even had to cancel last minute to the next day and it wasn't an issue for them! Got paid the same day they collected the vehicle and was an easy exchange! Definitely recommend!

From the very first call for a quote I was very impressed. Polite, friendly and very fast. They also gave the best quote for my car. Above all comparison sites.
The driver called 45 mins before arrival as they were I had school runs. Again he was polite and friendly.
The office emailed me by 4.30pm the same evening with my receipt and the money was in my bank the same day.

After doing the online form, I had a call within 2 minutes to discuss. Customer service was top notch and communication between myself, the office staff and the driver was great.

I have traded buying cars from Reclamet in Birchington for several months, purchased 3 cars with their manage Andy.
Andy left and I dealt with Ollie and in the office Sasha
1st Nov bought 2007 mini for 1000 pounds they were paid 200 deposit
2 nd Nov I travelled 3 hours to collect my mini but before I could leave with the mini Sash told me the paperwork was not back from DVLA so she would arrange delivery of the car to me.
3 rd Nov I purchased a Mazda 2005 for 600 pounds and they promised to deliver both card to me the following week.All of this confirmed in writing
4 th Nov I received a text from them telling me the mini engine had blown up and they sold my Mazda.
During our dealings after they let me down they promised to sell me a Nissan Micra for 2500 if I collected. When I tried to book collection they never replied and the Nissan they put in their auction
They can not be trusted and do not complete contractual purchases

friendly to talk too and very helpfull with paper work and my car was picked up within the hour and a good price would recomend to anybody

I found this company the best price given for scrapping our car very helpful and kept there word and any questions answered I would highly recommend them
