Very bad experience I had with booking…

Very bad experience I had with booking in vks travels through redbus. They mentioned 100 percentage refund but immediately after booking when I tried to cancel. They say no cancellation also red bus is saying vks is not allowing vks say redbus is not allowing cancellation. Hell experience please don't opt vks or red bus

Worst bus & customer care service provided by Rebus

I had a worst bus booking experience by Redbus and Maharani Travels. My bus ticket was canceled after 30 minutes from the departure time without any notification regarding the bus delay. Customer care service provided by Rebus and bus company was RIDICULOUS. I had collected the calls recording and ontime upcoming journey msg recd beyond the journey time for future correspondence. My journey plan was foiled and I paid 3 times to other bus service for the same journey.
Bus Company should be banned and Redbus should be pay the compensation to me for the same.

My pickup point was Bharat Petrol Pump…

My pickup point was Bharat Petrol Pump at 6:00 PM for my bus journey from Haridwar to Jammu on 15 June. However, when I called the bus operator, they informed me of a completely different pickup location. There was extremely heavy traffic, and it would have taken me around 2–3 hours to reach the new location. When I asked for confirmation whether the bus would wait for me, I received no clear response.
I was only told over the phone that I would receive a full refund. However, what about the inconvenience, stress, and time wasted because of this situation? The entire experience was terrible. I have been using redBus since my college days and have always trusted it, but after this experience, I do not think I will ever use it again.
I have still not received my refund. The driver claimed that I booked the ticket late, but when I made the booking, the pickup point was clearly shown as Bharat Petrol Pump. Even afterward, I continued receiving messages stating that the pickup point was ready. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I expect a prompt resolution along with my refund. I also have screenshots of my ticket booking, pickup point details . also spoke with redBus customer care over the phone regarding this issue, and I can provide all available evidence if required.

Pathetic and Worst Journey from Madurai to Bengaluru.

One of my pathetic and worst bus journey from Madurai to Bengaluru ever in my life, whatever features showed or committed are either not there other not working at all.

Bus timings was 10:30 PM to reach Thirumangalam Toll Plaza but the bus reached at 11:30 PM, almost 1 hour late. driver and conductor both are responding the calls. Later on at 3:28 am, the bus got breakdown and took almost 30 mins to recovered and reached Electronic city at 8:15 AM almost 2:15 hrs late.

If anyone want to travel or planning to travel in Swami Ayappa bus, plz save yourself and pleaseeeee do not Travel in this bus at all, me paid Rs.4800/- for 4 people but got the worst service and travel experience.

Pathetic

Pathetic, very bad policies of red bus.
I have taken free cancellation and the table showing I can cancel the ticket till the boarding time without and charges. However in small letter below the table is say 6 hour before the departure time you will get full refund else nothing will be given. This is misleading customer. And when you call they simply say you need to cancel 6 hours before. Should never book bus from redbus go for other applications.

This is the worst company !! Never book with REDBUS !!

I Booked a bus and it got delayed 3 hours and they asked me to book another bus. So, I booked at a higher price. When I called back to get the refund of the previous booking, they simply denied. Worst customer service !!
Save your money from such scammers

Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience with RedBus

I booked a bus with a scheduled departure time of 8:30 PM, but the bus left at 8:24 PM, six minutes before the scheduled time. A scheduled departure time exists for a reason, and leaving early is completely unacceptable.
When I contacted the bus coordinator, instead of helping resolve the issue, I was told that I would have to travel to the next pickup point at my own expense. I had already paid for an Uber to reach the original boarding location, and now I was being asked to spend even more money because of a mistake that was not mine. Who is supposed to bear these additional costs?
I also spoke with the driver and explained the situation, but there was no meaningful assistance. After that, I contacted RedBus customer support expecting them to intervene and help. Shockingly, the only solution they offered was a cancellation with a 100% refund. A refund alone does not solve the problem when a passenger has an urgent travel requirement and is stranded because the bus departed before the scheduled time.
If RedBus positions itself as a reliable travel platform with 24/7 customer support, then it should be capable of handling situations like this. Simply offering a refund and washing your hands of the issue is not customer service. A responsible platform should coordinate with the operator, arrange an alternative solution, or provide proper assistance to affected passengers.
This entire experience showed a complete lack of accountability, coordination, and concern for customers. The bus operator left early, the coordinator shifted the burden onto the passenger, and RedBus support failed to provide any practical help beyond cancellation. I lost time, money, and peace of mind because of this negligence.
One of the worst travel booking experiences I have ever had. If RedBus cannot support passengers when issues arise, then their claims of customer care and 24/7 support are meaningless. I will think twice before using this platform again and would not recommend it to others based on this experience.

This bus accumulator service doesn't…

This bus accumulator service doesn't take responsibility for bus operator nuisance. I had booked ticket from Delhi to Patna for specific bus, Rajdhani Express, from this platform. But at the boarding point, bus arrived was different one and only my objection, bus goons misbehaved with me and disembarked me from the bus. I had monetary loss, time loss and mental harassment due to this service provider.

Hello team

Hello team, I have booked ticket from ujjain to ahmedabad with incorrect date 8th June instead of 7th June through redbus. But now I want to cancel the ticket.. m continuously calling to redbus support which is not connecting to service executive and ticket is not being cancelled.. very bad experience with redbus. My 1470 rs has been deducted from account and m not able to connect with red bus support and neither any things. Pls help on this if you generously understand the customer issue and customer trust on your brand.

I had the best experience with Sabari, I have mentioned the whole story above.

I had the best experience with Sabari travels when I was coming back from Chennai to Bengaluru. The driver and conductor helped me out with everything, they waited for me in Chennai, helped me with my luggage. I had 2 senior citizens with me, and they assisted them during the journey and they also helped us out when we reached Bengaluru by waiting for extra time for us to come out of the bus and getting our luggage out. Thank you SABARI TRAVELS for everything.
