I book bus 2 time through red bus aap but service is very poor no time table I book bus vapi to delhi bus timing is 21:20pm in vapi but bus reach vapi at 22:40pm and they drop jaipur next day at 20:30pm then they change bus I book single sleeper sheet vapi to delhi but in jaipur they give main chair seating bus and other bus reach jaipur at 22:45 pm then you guys think when I book bus then thay showing time 21:20pm vapi to next day 23:30pm delhi but next day bus leave jaipur 22:45pm then how bus reach only 45 min delhi to jaipur its totally scam in future I never book through red bus and I not recommend any one to book bus through redbos aap

Extremely disappointed with the service from RedBus. The bus was cancelled, and when I tried to contact customer support and the RedBus agent, my calls did not connect at all. There was no proper assistance, no timely response, and no clear communication. Because of this poor support system, I faced serious inconvenience and had to arrange alternative travel at the last moment. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer support should be available during emergencies. Very bad experience.

Extremely disappointed with RedBus and its rigid, irresponsible customer support system. I contacted them immediately after realizing the date mistake, yet instead of resolving the issue, they kept redirecting me to the operator and later outright denied any refund or rescheduling. As a booking platform that charges service fees, RedBus conveniently distances itself when actual support is needed, leaving customers stuck between the operator and the aggregator. Receiving “How was your journey?” messages despite not traveling only adds to the frustration and shows serious flaws in their system. This experience reflects a complete failure in consumer care and responsibility.
Worst tour operator to book tickets.
I booked ticket from Tirupati to Hyderabad for today. And while updating my details (passenger details) I thoroughly checked all the information provided & then made the payment. When I received the ticket, it got booked for the next day. This is not for the first time, this has been happening quite frequently (4th or 5th time for me, I'm not kidding). On all occasions, I ended losing money as their customer service remains "Permanently Unavailable". It's better if redbus shuts down it's operations!

Worst bus service. It was delayed. They did not provide the most basic amenity of all - pillow and blanket. What is the point of a sleeper bus if you cannot provide pillow and blanket.

Bus caught fire and they left the customers on road
The app and their support itself a scam they are organising scam in a corporate way.
They bus I booked cought fire and left the passengers on the road and ran away later after stuglling 1 hour I got the customer support guy who's was having no clue of bus said bus got smoke only no fire and making excus after lefting 45 passengers on road he was just saying you can bord from around 15km away from the location at 11pm in the night please refuse to book from there better to book direct from the operator at latest they can offer better support and know where the bus is these guys have no clue.

I am travelling to bangalore to pune . A lady passenger alone.. they promised they have charging points. But its not working in my seat. When I compained bus operation saying we cant do anything .. someone might have chrged laptop before me. Thats not my issue.
The charge plug is disconnecting after few minutes.
Redbus customer care also didnt help instead he was unprofessional .. and disconnected the call. If anything happens to me I will held these redbus and bus operator responsible.

Very very pathetic service redBus is giving nowadays, We have booked for AC travels while booking it was showing AC but after paid amount in bill it was showing booked for Non-AC bus, But we are still ok for that but after saw bus condition it was window also not opening, bedsheet also in bad condition very pathetic service received by red bus, And after over all vendor told us to talk with redBus customer care it is their false while we are trying to reach customer care, literally we were not able to connect while we have tried too many times, Very pathetic service, condition, and it is happened second time with us. So kindly request to all do not book by redBus if you want comfortable and safest ride ever, otherwise your harden money will be waste.

Bus was totally unhygienic, no lights in the compartments , uneducated and I think they both are drunk and driving the bus . my journey booked with Swami Travels from Pune Wakad to Borivali, Mumbai.
At the time of booking, the route was clearly shown as via Western line, with Borivali displayed as the final drop location. Based on this confirmed information, I booked an upper single sleeper seat due to a medical back condition and my regular overnight weekend travel between Pune and Mumbai.
Despite the operator having complete access to my seat number and drop location, I was never informed—neither at boarding nor during the journey—that:
The bus would not go to Borivali, and
Borivali passengers would be forcibly transferred to another bus.
While I was asleep, I was carried to a different route on the Central side without my knowledge or consent. I later learned that the staff allegedly “announced” Borivali passengers from outside where they usually sit without entering the sleeper area or ensuring that passengers were properly informed. This was told to me by the fellow pax that they didn’t come inside.
I ultimately had to get down at Pallava City Flyover, an unfamiliar and unsafe location, and it took me over 3.5 hours to reach my residence.
As a woman travelling alone, this constitutes a serious breach of duty of care, passenger safety, and service ethics. Waking up in an unknown location and being abandoned far from the booked destination is not merely inconvenience — it is endangerment.
And giving me a compensation of 100rs lol

i had booked the ticket on 21/1/26 from karad to vadodara my seat no s6,s7. however local operator allocated my seat to other persons. hence i am unable to travel. and red bus given 268 refund. i had paid 2000 to buy ticket.so please do not book the tickets on redbus.in. its cheating with customes. no one is responding from their grievance cell.
I did not have a good experience with RedBus
Firstly, RedBus tracking does not work at all 😞. Even though there are options to track using the PNR number and mobile number, after submitting the details it shows an error saying that the email ID is incorrect 😡.
Secondly, the service is always late at both pickup and drop locations 😠. A delay of 10–20 minutes is understandable, but making passengers wait for 2 hours is far too long and completely unacceptable 😤⏰.

Had booked Bus services between Panaji
Had booked Bus services between Panaji, Goa to MOPA airport on 18th of January'26. Against a ticket cost of Rs.200/ Red bus charged us another Rs.200 totaling it to Rs.400. Bus got delayed/cancelled and finally we had to take a taxi to the airport or else we would have missed the flight. Now Red bus is asking us to show the Invoice of Rs.1000 paid to the taxi driver by cash. They probably believe we walked 32 kms till the Airport instead of Cab.
They are frauds and just fooling the Customers by charging double the cost of Bus fare as their charges. Beware of such frauds is what i can only say.
