We stayed at the Excalibur, and the hotel was very nice, clean!!! Checking in was easy on the kiosk. Room was been clean. Customer service was great.

Really easy experience and no issues. The hotel had to update my contact info (I think they got the info of Redeem Vacations), but that wasn’t a big deal. Would use this service again!

L'accueil a été exceptionnel, le personnel très gentil et très à l'écoute. Hôtel très propre , petit déjeuner extraordinaire. Le seul bémol c'est d'avoir été logé dans une des chambres du rez-de-chaussée avec des fenêtres en hauteur qui donnaient dans la rue, sur le trottoir directement, pour schématiser nous étions en dessous du niveau de la rue, j'ai trouvé ça dommage. Je bosse pour une plateforme de voyage, donc j'avoue j'ai eu un regard peut-être différent.
Sinon tout était parfait.

We had a very clean room that was in a great location. The City Market was right across the road & the waterfront restaurants & shops were only a 3-4 minute walk. We would definitely go back again.

Hotel restaurant was closed with bad smell but remodeled. Elevator closed back and forth needing fixing. Said I broke bottle opener but was already broke. Cold water and no ice!

The experience with Redeem Vacations was GREAT! However the hotel we chose was not great.

I originally purchased this for my sister as a birthday gift. Unfortunately she was unable to go so I went instead and had a great time once o paid the discount fee pick my hotel it was smooth sailing. I did have to put a $150 damage deposit but overall I like the experience.
