I contacted RedLine about a week ago to inquire about a business Line of Credit for about $50K. I originally spoke to Jeremy, who passed me off to Briam. Briam called very excited to tell me about my approval for a $100K loan. (NOT what I wanted). $4000 up front with a payback of $132000. (That's $36K in fees for a $100K loan). I told them I didn't want to do business if they can't listen to my needs. Then I got a call from Adriane (a manager, maybe). Long story short - I have told them multiple times to stop calling me. "Okay - I'll check back in a week to see if you've made a decisiton". They've been harassing me all week, despite multiple requests to stop calling.

Update: Even after stating to Jeremy, Briam and Adrian multiple times that I was upset and didn't want any further calls, I received a call on Friday from Amanda checking in. I explained everything to her, and she said "*I* have the ability to make sure you receive no further communication". She was apologetic and not pushy (thank you, Amanda). But the inference was that none of the other funding/sales people had the authority to stop communication.

The fact of the matter is that I initiated my request specifically for an LOC. So the sheer fact that they offered my anything other than that says they didn't listen, or didn't care.
