Redo initially reached out to us with an attractive pitch for shipping insurance. We had worked with Route for over 5 years and while we were not looking to switch at the time, Redo was very persistent and seemed to have great customer service and an easy process for our customers.

Ever since we switched to Redo we have had a horrible experience. The account execs Preston and Jake are consistently misinformed. We were told we would have hybrid coverage only to discover after the switch was complete that Redo discontinued hybrid and we would have to wait for it to be reimplemented. We have 0 visibility to billing- I had to ask for billing statements only to discover that we're being charged fees that they claimed we wouldn't be charged for the initial 60 days of using Redo. We're consistently told one thing and then discover that what we were told was implemented isn't possible or that some day, some time down the line we'll be getting credits on our next billing statement. While we search for answers we are getting nothing but apathy and short answers from Jake. It's turned into a massive headache that has us yearning for the uncomplicated inconveniences of Route.

The Redo Team has been awesome in helping us integrate Redo onto our Shopify website. The ability to offer a returns/claims portal and customize the checkout+ button for package protection is a differentiator among other providers.

Redo is a godsend for us. We're a tiny company and it's saving us so much admin time, at practically 0$ cost to us.
It's scalable, which means that no matter if you handle 2 returns a month or 200 - you're always going to be covered.
Plus, their team is super responsive and has been always very kind and solicitous in heir help. I would sign up again in a heartbeat.
