WOW. I just received my Prada Cahier bag and it is stunning. Although I did pay more than I would have in US, I cannot bear to return it. Also, it was shipped to me in Chicago in 3 days which is amazing. Not sure why it was hundreds more, but I also couldn't find the size and color I wanted easily in states so I will swallow the cost because I adore the bag so much.

I accidentally placed a wrong order at a Saturday. I tried online chat, customer service hotline, E-mail to cancel my order. Unfortunately, there is no customer service during the weekend, NONE!!! By the next Monday, my order shipped already. Then I have to go through reject package, request refund, wait for my poor refund to be issue in 3 WEEKS!!! How come there is no customer service during the weekend consider Reenbonz is a international company, and how come you charge me as soon as the package is shipped and takes 3 weeks to get my refund back? I'm completely disappointed with reenbonz, no come back.
