Purchased an Alexander McQueen wallet for $415, approximately 29-31 days after receipt of wallet the magnetic snap pulled through the leather. I contacted Reebonz and they said it is over 30 days old, and i should bring it for repair. and they would pay for it. Brought for repair cost me $8.50, no big deal, but they should have done the right thing and replaced the pretty much brand new $415 wallet. I will neber purchase from them again.

Customer service is excellent. I noticed a preowned "Pristine" bag was described as having no visible marks, but the photos clearly showed a little bit of dirt on the handles and bottom. I messaged Customer Service and they quickly amended the description and confirmed that the photos were of the actual bag.
