Claire Jones has been really communicative, staying in touch with me on a regular basis. This is not something I have experienced with other agencies. Claire has kept me in mind for positions that came up and I really appreciated this. Thank you, Claire!

One of the worst requirement company. I worked for them and I didn’t receive any payment. One of the biggest fraud ever. I won’t never recommend to anyone. Stay away!!!!

Reed are useless at keeping in contact, you can apply for a job through reed and you won't hear back. You can email individuals and you still won't hear back.
If you can find the specific recruitment agency who have posted the job on reed then do that, it can't be any worse.

It's awful. The agency seems more focused on maintaining its contracts with employers than on paying its candidates a fair wage for their work.

I had heard warnings from colleagues, but unfortunately, the college where I teach now requires all its hourly-paid staff to go through the same agency.

Last year, I had to accept a pay cut after being forced to work through Reed. Today, I learned that this year’s hourly rate will remain the same as last year’s. I am also expected to teach an evening course for the same hourly rate I earn in the daytime.

Connor from reed couldn’t have been more helpful start to finish, kept really good contact through all the whole thing. Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re looking to start with something new!

I have never used an agency before, however, I would highly recommend. I dealt with the Leeds and Bradford office. I was firstly in contact with Jade, who was nit only understanding but very supportive. I was then passed to Brad, he was contact through out. I can't thank them enough for finding me a permanent position.

Connor Stainthorpe has been excellent in helping me find employment. When I got turned down from my ideal role due to a lack of experience in a specific area, he pivoted and helped me find employment that would allow me to gain experience and come back down the line with the ideal skill set. No Empathy
The Onboarding was good but follow up and after care is completely disappointing.
1- The consultant don't respond back to calls on time
2- The consultant pulls a wool over your eye regarding information request.
3- They don't care about your wellbeing and its business as usual to them.

I recieved an inmail on linkedin one day from D'Aundre from Reed, i usually recieve loads of these and just shrug them off but i decided to actually take a look at the position offered and thought why not lets go for it. Probably one of the best choices I made he made the whole recruiting process seemless and painless very friendly and a great chat honestly best recruiter ive had hands down in my couple of years in industry, whether your looking for a new role or your first job i would 100% recommend Reed and D'Aundre they are legendary.
