I chose Refine Surgical to do my Blepharoplasty and there’s no way I could have known what an amazing result I would end up with. I still can’t believe what a transformation it has made to my appearance. Menopause hit and I didn’t recognise myself in the mirror.Dr Bhojwani is an absolute perfectionist, he removed 2cm of skin off each eyelid with no visible scar. I have had no pain and to be honest after the first week I forgot I’d had it done. From the initial consultation to the surgery and aftercare appointment the whole experience was amazing!! First class!! Helen is also very welcoming and makes you feel at ease if you are nervous. After my surgery I left the clinic and had a near miss with a lorry. The shock made me stretch my eyes which bled heavily. I called Helen and she told me to go back, she checked my stitches and cleaned me up. The clinic is extremely welcoming and clean, the price was excellent and the team are professional, caring and you won’t be in better hands anywhere else!!

Good service and quick delivery

From first contact number post op check up I have felt safe in the care of Refine. I did a lot of research and contacted a previous patent before booking my consultant. I am prone to fainting and required some specifics to help avoid that and the team were super accommodating. Dr Bhojwani is a perfectionist and very thorough, Helen, is wonderful and the call the day after surgery was really appreciated. If your thinking about blepharoplasty, go meet the team you won't be disappointed!

Very professional and friendly staff. Results say the quality of their work is excellent. The best thing I’ve ever done for myself. Definitely worth it. Would do it again.

The whole experience was first class.
From start to finish. Lovely professional team. I had a small growth removed from the top of the bridge of my nose between my eyes. I am so happy with the end result,I have a small blemish there now.
Which in time will fade.
The team put me at ease, Obviously I felt the needle with the anaesthetic going in.
But no difference than if you was at the dentist. Cannot praise the professionalism anymore than I already have. Would recommend to family friends and the general public.

Professional staff made us feel really at ease and understood from the first phone calls the meeting with the consultant who was thorough and clear in what would happen and the costs of the procedure. For the procedure I was made to feel in safe hands and I was made comfortable during it. At the initial consultation, everything was explained in a clear and concise manner, at no point was I put under pressure to go ahead with treatment, after a couple of weeks of deliberating, I decided to take the plunge and go ahead with lower blepharoplasty, the whole procedure was faultless and despite a little discomfort for a couple of hours after, I was fine. I’ve just revisited for my 3 month review, and expressed how happy I am with the result. I thoroughly recommend Mr Bhojwani and the team

Outstanding care! I had eyelid reduction, which went well, but then had more folds of skin appear. No fault of the surgeon, just my skin.. I had second reduction & have no further concerns. In fact I look 10 years younger. I am truly grateful to the surgeon & staff, for making me feel like a valued patient. If I could give 10 stars, I certainly would.

REFINE. Were without a doubt the best choice , ! ! I wanted my eyelids reducing and from the first moment I stepped into REFINE I felt safe , and totally confident I would be well taken care off and happy with my expectation of my results. AND I WAS ! !!! I could not have wished for a better service.
I was contacted the following day to check I was care and numerous days after , the doctor gave his number to me incase I had any concerns or post op problems.
