I had a hair transplant here and I am very unhappy with the results. I am trying to get my money back.

I have been in contact with other reputable clinics and they have told me that the transplant is so bad that it is not fixable in one sitting. I will need 2 operations to fix it; one to remove what this clinic has done and another to do it properly.

To anyone considering going here for a hair transplant, I strongly suggest you search the hair loss forums before you go, to see for yourself the standard of work they produce.

First class experience from start to finish. All the Refine team are extremely professional, informative, supportive and friendly. The procedure was short and painless and I felt relaxed and at ease throughout. I couldn't be more happier with the natural look Dr Bhojwani achieved. I have no hesitation recommending the lovely Refine Surgical team.

I was really pleased to find Refine Surgical only a 40 minute drive away. I had been wanting eyelid surgery for years but I finally took the plunge 6 weeks ago and booked a consultation - The clinic is lovely, plenty of parking & Dr Bhojwani immediately put me at ease. I took a nurse friend along, she bombarded him with questions which he answered fully & reassuringly.

The operation itself was not at all stressful, the theatre nurses were friendly & I felt relaxed - The operation took just under an hour and a half and the procedure was explained as it happened.

I was really surprised to immediately notice a difference in my eyelids - they felt easier to open straight away! This is not just about the finished aesthetics and it sounds ridiculous but I'm still amazed by how much brighter I feel simply because I do not have surplus skin weighing on my eyes!

As far as recovery goes, it's important not to feel to much of a rush to get back to normal in order to pay adequate attention to the aftercare. I don't need much excuse to lay down with an icepack on my eyes several times a day so I found that quite easy to do. The stitches came out a week later and my eyes look fab.

The very best bit is that my friends can see something is different but can't pinpoint exactly what - the response is always hugely positive, the main compliment is just how natural my eyes look.

So many enhancements these days are the opposite of subtle or natural - I am delighted with my choice & in awe of Dr Bhojwani's surgical skills, the effects are virtually instant, look natural and last for years.

I have been looking at some of their other treatments, there's a good chance I will be revisiting soon. Happy to recommend.
