Just received my tall Trolly cages and I am impressed, so the price being a good walk lower then compeditiors, I was expecting it might not be greatest quality, but would be fine for my needs.

But after unwrapping the first one I am genuinely impressed with the quality of the build.

Your website gave the wrong pick up address and the warehouse staff at the correct address could not initially find the paper work. The lady on the phone who gave me the correct address was polite and helpful. I am happy with the quality of the product and will deal with you again.

I thought it was until I ordered the trolley. After being told they were available
online received they were on back order. You need to be told that online before you order. I would like to revisit this review after I have received the goods.

Made an enquiry about 2 weeks ago, wasn't answered, bought item on line to click and collect at west Gosford, had no response apart from an invoice. I had to ring re purchase and was able to pick it up within an hour.
Pretty poor response, ie. none.
People I did talk to were polite and helpful, it's just your protocols weren't followed
