Fast shipping and good prices

Excellent communication from Refresh from the initial order through to delivery, which was quick. The order was well packaged in a box to protect goods during delivery. Am impressed with the price and quality of the products. Have used this company several times now, always a good experience.

Hi there, thanks for the review. I've checked the tracking on your order (you can access this yourself via the link in your order confirmation email) and your order is on the way and due for delivery today (Wednesday).
As you placed your order at 5:18pm on Friday it was dispatched when we were back in work on Monday. You selected our free standard tracked shipping service which states that it takes 2 to 3 working days, so by arriving today (Wednesday) it is within the advertised timescale that you chose.
We do offer a next day delivery service from Monday to Friday, so if you order before 1pm it will arrive the next working day. If you need your order in a hurry we always advise to select this service.
It does seem rather unfair to give us a one star review for a service that you selected yourself, especially as we also offer an expediated service. I hope that once you receive your order today - within the advertised delivery timescale - you reconsider your rating.

Brilliant company for Korean skincare.
I originally emailed this company because over the years I've tried all sorts of lotions and potions and nothing has made any difference to my skin....so as a now very mature lady I decided to send an email to the very nice lady who owns this company and to my surprise and lasting joy she has guided me through all the fancy stuff out there in the skincare world and I couldn't be more grateful! The products are varied and reasonably priced, the delivery is brilliant and the advice priceless.I know that anytime I need more advice Priscilla will be more than happy to help.

Never heard of this company before . Thought i would give them a try . Prices reasonable , have only started to use their products but so far so good . Face cream seems nice and light .

Fabulous customer care!
As a complete newbie to Korean skincare and not having a clue the best creams to use for a mature, very dry, crinkly skin, I emailed the company for help, and help came immediately. Plenty of advice, plenty of choice and the prices are great. I have tried expensive brands over the years that have been a waste of time and money, and yes, I know skin is skin, no matter your age but, I'm excited to try this. The fact there is a person available to answer any questions I might have and advice that is personal to me is a huge bonus.

Thanks for your review, and sorry to hear you've had a reaction to your order. We're always available at info@refreshskincare.co.uk to offer advice on any of the skincare that we sell. The routine set that your purchased included an eye cream containing Retinol. As per our website, you should be very cautious with using any product containing retinol, especially if you haven't used it before. Applying a high-protection SPF after using retinol is essential, and you should start off by only using it every 2 to 3 days until your are sure your skin is comfortable with its application. Over time, as your skin gets used to it, you can increase the frequency of application. Unfortunately, everyone's skin is different, and what works for one person may not work for another.

Refresh is the way to go with your skin care routine
Great service, great product and would definitely recommend. I bought the Beauty of Joseon Ginseng Moist Sun Serum 50ml SPF50+. I purchased it in July and have noticed my skin feels hydrated especially after this gorgeous summer. Great price. I would recommend. So important to protect your skin all year round and not just the summer months. I pop this on and it sinks into the skin so I can then apply my make up and there is no residue. Try it :-)
