Great product, bad delivery
It just came in a bubble wrap envelope. Because of this, the pump got crushed in delivery and it ended up leaking. The box it came in was completely saturated in the oil and destroyed, as well as the note that came with it. Thankfully, I was able to fix the pump and it was not a significant amount of product that leaked. Please use better packaging in order to protect your stock.
This was a repurchase of the product, I love it so much. Also appreciate the free rice face mask I received. Used it straight away and made my skin feel great.

My experience was great and would now be using Refresh Skincare on a regular basis the delivery was free and came earlier than expected and I received 10% off my order. It was packaged well and my products I ordered were lovely, after using them for only a few weeks I can see a difference in my skin.

New favourite kbeauty company!
I've ordered from refresh skincare a couple of times now and both times have been impressed with the prices and delivery times! Delivery is also free over £15 so no complaints there! I'll continue to order from them once I've run out of my favourite products. 💛💛

Never received my order
Never received my order. I am still waiting since 12/09/2022 and I am very upset.
I work from home literally in the living room and it is an end house so anyone who turns in I can see them, I hear the door but no one came to deliver. Post tracking is not updating as it should. I have ordered Korean skin care form other brands and never had this issue even when the product is coming from an Asian country I have been updated but this is something else

I've just checked the update on the Royal Mail tracking and it says delivery was attempted on 16 September, and they were preparing for redelivery on 3 Oct. Royal Mail have been delayed by recent industrial action unfortunately and some post has been affected. You will need to follow the tracking link on your order confirmation and arrange a redelivery with Royal Mail.
