Refuah Medical Centre is built to accommodate the growing need for quality medical facilities in the area. We understand that waiting for long periods of time in A&E and to see a doctor isn't always an option, so we aim to relieve some of the burden. The centre is outfitted with state-of-the-art medical equipment, including, X-Ray, ultrasound and plaster room facilities. The centre comprises a private GP clinic and a walk-in minor injuries unit open till late.

Needed an urgent appointment
Needed an urgent appointment, the doctor was kind enough and stayed after hours, diagnosed the problem instantly, and I walked out with 4 creams, avoiding the need to go and queu in the pharmacy.

Great experience. Would recommend.
Such a good experience. Was worried I’d broken my foot and needed a scan. The doctor gave me a consultation and said it’s a severe sprain. Also said there was probably no need for a scan - I’m always conscious of private companies insisting on additional items to inflate the bill. Not here. Highly recommend. Lovely service.

The best thing I ever did was seeing Dr Kahen
I am very happy to have consulted Dr Kahen at Reufah Centre. He was very patient while I attempted to explain my problems. He was very understanding, helpful and thorough, and also very reassuring and empathetic my various ailments. I left his surgery feeling very satisfied and with much relief that at last a medical practitioner understood my worrying issues which causes me great anxiety. I am very pleased and satisfied with my experience and would consult him again. I would certainly recommend the service to others.

Called and got an appointment straight away fir same day. Very thorough consultation & was referred immediately to hospital A&E which made the process alot easier than just walking in. Very good value for money

We're very disappointed that you have left this review. After checking our records, you were actually only waiting for one hour, not two. You were seen straight away by our MIU doctor who referred you for an X-ray. There were three other patients having X-rays before you and that is why there was a one hour wait. Although it is unusual for there to be a one hour wait, we consider this to be well within an acceptable service level for a walk-in centre. In comparison to an NHS walk-in centre's average wait times, our private clinic is by far a more preferable option for patients willing to pay. I'm sorry you do not see the value in this.
