really great customer service, good quality
really great customer service, amazing quality. i just have one small detail. when i purchased the phone and tested the audio, it sounded like i was underwater. i don't know if it's the company's problem but the audio usually works really well it's just most of the time it's like that. the box was really well packaged and i loved that they ship it very fast and i did receive it the next day. no scratches no nothing. I'll definitely repurchase when i have the chance!

TBH.. i am very late for the review of my mobile but im happy because i get to review the phone after the usage of few days. i ordered a galaxy s20 ultra (superb condition) and expected the delivery to be done within 4 to 5 working days. but the order arrived within 2 working days which was really amazing. speaking of the phone. the phone was in amazing condtiion without even a scratch and everything was working perfectly. i actually ordered the phone after going through the trustpilot reviews. and im glad i made the right choice. best place to order refurbished phones. plus point is that they even provide the charger with the phone.

I was skeptical at first when i ordered…
I was skeptical at first when i ordered Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra 5G. Had some queries but the positive response and the reaction time addressing my queries were awesome. The didn't only resolved my queries but also upheld their promise of customer satisfaction with a perfection. Will definitely recommend to have experience with economical budget.
