Phone after sometimes not working properly and gets heated from times to times even seven days are not enough to test the phone if return is eligible or not it need more time

My experience with them was great
My experience with them was great. I wanted an iPhone and I asked them to deliver it in a certain time before I leave work, and they did. I checked the phone when I got it and everything seems fine. Also the battery capacity was great despite the phone being 3 years old. There was a mistake in the invoice as there was a type in the phone serial number. I contacted them and they sent me the correct invoice immediately in the same day. Good support

This was one of the worst experience DO NOT BUY!!
This was one of the worst experiences ever .First of when I bought the phone it worked fine but then I tried putting the sim and it didn’t even work it didn’t even read the sim.Then for the refund when I tried to put it back delivery 4 days every time they tell us they will pick up the phone then they never come.Then they told us we needed to give the phone they needed to check it then they will give us back the cash and the cash took 3 days to come.

We have checked your case and tried to contact you to understand and resolve the same, but seems you may be busy somewhere as your contact no. is not picked up. Please let us know your preferred time, our team will contact you.
Now, we would to like to inform you that, we provide 7 days replacement and 1 year warranty with every phone. On receiving the technical issue from your end, we immediately suggested you the replacement. However, you pressed on return and getting the refund.
As an exception, we agreed to provide the refund and accordingly, immediately put the request for return with our delivery partner.
It seems, you may be available in a limited time slot only to return the same and also, due to some busy schedule, you may have changed the time slot for return. In the whole process, in order to pick the return in limited time slot and then at changed time slot, it took more than usual time to courier to get the product returned.
In the whole process, our ops team remain in continuous touch with you as well as courier partner and has also requested courier to cooperate and pick the phone at desired time.
Furthermore, as soon as we receive the product back, we initiated the refund and provided to you.
We understand your situation, but our team is always ready to cooperate and fulfill your requirements but sometimes, it took longer than usual as even, specially when some exceptional approval is required and also, we have to rely on external parties to arrange return pickup etc.
