Worst train service in the world

Worst train service in the world
This company is a joke. I used them a lot and I grown to hate them with passion.
I hope this company goes bankrupt soon. Trains are always late, sometimes by 2-3 hours, in the summer there is no A/C, and now they started emailing a couple of hours before my journey that my wagon is not gonna be running, so I should cancel my ticket.

Broken heating system

I was noticed that heating system is broken in the train less then 24h before departure. Couldn’t even check their service. Hope they at least will return money, I don’t have any answer yet.

Poor service

Its a international train and I couldn’t order any food or drink from the train because my ticket from Krakow and as per the train staff, it didn’t allows me to buy anything. I tried to speak with the staff, but the staff didn’t speak English. The rest of the staff didn’t want to help too, so I have traveled 4 hours and I couldn’t have any drink of food. My seat was close to the window door, it was shaking all way. Really really disappointed with the service from RegioJet. Didn’t recommend at all.

Nicht mal 1 Stern ist das wert👎wir sind von Nürnberg nach Düsseldorf gefahren...das war Katastrophe. Betrunkene Leute. Ich trage kopftuch, und Fahrerr war voll islamfeindlich,war sehr unfreundlich. in Frankfurt sind viele Leute ausgestiegen Buss war fast leer..und ich wollte nicht mehr neben betrunkenem Mann sitzen. Bin zu anderem Platz gegangen der hat mich voll angeschrien...so was habe noch nie erlebt.Buss war halb leer!!wenn ich gleich nach Hause ankomme,ich werde ihm anzeigen!!

Lost money and time

Had a tickets from Budapest to Bratislava. We were waiting with other people going with the same bus near regiojet sign and we just saw that bus passed away us. Money and time was lost.

Arival one hour late, no refund

We took a train from Vienna to Budapest.
Train was clean, with AC. But we had a over one hour delay. As mentioned on their website, "on time arrival guarantee" message is very untrue. We applied for a refund and got only excuses and lies. First they told us the train delied only 51 minutes, which was untrue because we were in the train and we did reach after one hour, not 51 min. Lie. After mailing them again they sayed "not only was not delayed enough but also was a delaied by a person on the tracks, that does not count" .... another excuse, our train was driving slower than normal in many parts of the ride, but was not stopped for one hour for such a reason. So bad service, no refund and unpolite.

Wir waren aus Prag nach Budapest mit…

Wir waren aus Prag nach Budapest mit dem Zug unterwegs. Bis Wien war der Zug leer, ab Wien wurde der Zug voll. Ausser dem jungen Mann, der die Bestellungen zu den Sitzen gebracht hat, haben wir keinen anderen Zugbegleiter, Ticketkontrolluere oder Security gesehen.
Unser Ticket wurde auch nicht kontrolliert.
In Ungarn haelt der Zug auch an nicht planmaessigen Haltestellen, an denen man die Tueren von innen und auch von aussen oeffnen kann.
So passierte es, dass ich leider bemerken musste, dass ein junger Mann unseren Koffer entwendet hat und an einer nicht planmaessigen Haltestelle ausgestiegen ist. Ich bin schnell aufgesprungen und bin hinterhergerannt. Ich konnte am Bahnsteig unseren Koffer noch zurueckholen. Zum Glueck konnte ich noch rechtzeitig zurueck in den Zug.
Kurz darauf habe ich von einem Mann erfahren, dass sein Rucksack auch geklaut wurde.
Auf meinen Beschwerdebrief hat Regiojet geantwortet, dass es ihnen leid tut, aber dies ist nicht ihre Angelegenheit, sondern die von der Polizei. Auf meine Bitte, andere Passagiere zu mahnen und eventuelle Security-Leute einzustellen, hat Regiojet nicht geantwortet.

Also ACHTUNG vor Dieben!!!!!!!!!
Stellen Sie Ihre Gepaeckstuecke immer in Ihrer Naehe ab, damit Sie sie immer beobachten koennen.

Durch dieses Ereignis wurde lieder unsere bis dahin angenehme Reise ueberschattet.

No air (AC nor basic flow) the entire ride

I took a bus from Prague to Munich, which is a long route. There was no air flow the entire time. I asked the driver to turn air on and later four other people asked him to turn it on.

Instead of turning it on or fixing it, he yelled at the passengers that we need to open the vents. The vents were obviously not the issue because everyone was trying to open them the entire ride.

I felt sick during the bus ride and got really sick afterward, which ruined my trip. You can’t cram a full bus of people in with no airflow at all.

I complained to the company and they brushed me off. Basically zero customer service and accountability. They said the driver didn’t report it so they won’t do anything. Super convenient for them.

Take Flixbus instead.

No water in the toilets

No water in the toilets. Train over night ~ 10 hours - next working toilet is only on the other side of the next coach. Crew wasn't helpful!
And this is happening not only with us, this train will arrive in Prsemysyl and go back like this and another ~30 people on this coach will experience the same. As crew explained- this is the cheapest ticket you bought.....well,than dear Radim Jančura write it in your Web page - if you pay ~60 euro - you will not be able to use a toilet- not included in ticket price! I wish you the same luck in your next trip!

Kein Sauerstoff und sehr laute betrunkene Ungarische Leute

Die Abfahrt war eine Stunde später als geplant das kann man halt nicht ändern...
Aber das es so extrem warm im Wagen ist das ich kaum Luft bekomme und ich panik bekomme schon es hat gefühlte 30 Grad um 20 Uhr.
Und eine ganze Gruppe aus Ungarn betrinken sich und schreien und lachen schon seit 2 Stunden und kein Board Personal bittet sie auf andere Rücksicht zu nehmen und verkaufen weiter Bier.
Eine entspannte Reise habe ich mir anders vorgestellt und werde mir das nächste Mal überlegen ob jch wieder mit Regio Jet die Reise antreten werde,die letzten 3 Reisen waren spitze und angenehm.

Traumatizing

I was traveling from Budapest to Vienna on the 12th of September, 2023. Wagon Number 4 crew members were insulting and unhelpful! One of the crew members, a middle-aged woman, was making faces; she spoke no language besides Chekich, which is ridiculous on an international train. The wagon was super hot. I asked her if the AC was working, but she did not understand; I made it easier for her I said it is HOT! She said, 'I know I feel,' and left, giving me a face and an attitude! Even though she felt it was hot, she did not try to do anything about it! The shades on the window are just decoration. The train was filthy, and there was no space for me to put my dog's box anywhere. There were two accessible seats next to us, but they did not offer them! My small dog (in her travel box because they insisted on putting her in the box instead of traveling on my lap) and I suffered the entire time. The train was late, and they did not announce the upcoming stops. Ladies and Gentlemen, and this was the so-called Business Class.

Bus neu

Bus neu, Fahrer freundlich, pünktlich, Klimaanlage perfekt, Komfortabel gereist. Bus war ca 80% voll.
Jederzeit wieder, sehr empfehlenswert. München Prag und zurück

Liebste Zuglinie in Europa

Ich bin jetzt schon das zweite Mal mit RegioJet unterwegs gewesen und muss sagen, dass ich immer wieder begeistert bin!
Der Zug war immer pünktlich, die Sitze sind komfortabel und das Ontrain Personal ist super nett! Die Essens und Getränkepreise sind unschlagbar! Man bekommt gratis Wasser und gratis Kaffee! Der Kuchen, welcher super lecker war, kostet nur 40 cent!
Es gibt sogar eine Boardcomputer, an welchem man Spiele, Filme sowie Musik konsumieren kann.
Ich bin schon viel Zuggefahren, von Südamerika, über Asien, und viel im Europa. Noch nie hatte ich so ein tolles Zugerlebnis! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hier unschlagbar! Danke Reiojet, immer wieder gerne!

Gehen Sie lieber zu Fuß bevor Sie mit denen Fahren!

Regiojet Prag-Wien, das Service ist unter jeder Qualität, das versprochene Service, Kaffee-Getränke wird nicht eingehalten und das Kundenservice verweist dann auf das Kleingedruckte, wo natürlich alles was versprochen wurde aufgehoben wird. Buchen Sie woanders und nicht bei diesem Anbieter! Dreckige Züge und unfreundliches Personal im Zug und im Kundendienst!

Nightmare!

Somehow got through onto one of these very old carriages and could not do anything because purchases via Railninja does not allow any real changes or seat selection - on the train extremely unhelpful and rude staff - avoid at all costs

Absolute lack of information, terrible customer service

This company does not provide information about its trains, we missed a train because they did not show the info in the panels. We asked some agent and he provided the wrong platform number. After claiming to Customer Service they do not want to know anything. Try to avoid this company for train services
