Reliable parts is far from "Reliable." I literally bought an ignitor for my furnace on 1/2/24. It was delivered on 1/4/24 and I installed it in my furnace the next day, 1/5/24. It worked twice with no issues and on the third time the part began to heat up and glow, I heard a popping sound and it cracked right in front of me. It was installed for 15 minutes and broken and now I'm having to file a warranty claim for this. I'm being asked to provide and send 15 different pieces of information for a part I just bought from them 4 days ago. I sent pictures and my order # in my original email as well and there's no way they don't still have my purchase record. Then I was told I could buy a new one from them in the meantime. I spent $65 for a part that lasted 15 minutes. Beware!

This company is a fraud. Dacor referred me to this company to order oven parts. I ordered parts worth $80. They sent me completely different parts. I googled the parts they sent me and found out I could have ordered them online from Amazon for $5.99. When I sent them pictures of the parts they sent me along with the brand name and model, they said they are made by the same manufacturer and comparable. The parts sent are not the parts I ordered, and don't even match the invoice in the box. I called and said I would like to return them for a refund, and they said I would have to return them at my own expense.

Never sent the part after more than a year. Still charged my credit card every month for the same part. I had to cancel my credit card.

After I canceled my card, the next day they emailed me asking if they can charge it again so they can send out the part the next day.

I received a refrigerator bin via FedEx with a damaged box and a cracked bin. I was going to file a claim with FedEx (but shipper has to file), but chatted with Reliable Parts customer service. I've seen the mixed reviews, but my experience was awesome. I contacted their Warranty Department and sent them pictures of the box and bin and was immediately refunded my money. Perhaps I got lucky working with Latorya (she was great), but that's a great customer service experience .

I tried to return a part and ran into a brick wall. When I sent an inquiry on an address for a return, they sent me the return policy language from their website which was totally useless. So I sent it to the address on the bill of lading (at a cost of $16) only to have it returned to me as "addressee unknown." Followup emails to customer "service" sent unanswered.
Bad bad bad ... and their products are overpriced.

Absolutely fantastic service. I bought from them 3 times so far and every single time there was nothing to complain about.

Once, the part I received was faulty so I sent them an email about it. A replacement part was at my door the next day, and I didn't have to ship the faulty part back to them.

My latest purchase (a Bosch heater pump, ordered on Tuesday) arrived in less than 24 hours after I paid for it online.

Worst experience of my life with a company. Customer service is a joke. Amy was rude and argumentative. I have fought for 2 1/2 weeks for a refund for a broken handle they mailed to me. The part that was broken off wasn't in the box. They mailed a broken part out as a new one and has given me the run around . Still waiting on my refund.

You order something online and it says "in stock" to ship to home, but you place your order and _then_ they tell you it's backordered.

I had been searching for a part for my refrigerator and lucky for me I came upon Reliable Parts. I was also lucky enough to speak to Gardner who was so pleasant and so helpful I would always contact Relabel Parts first

Great place to get appliance parts. They had the part I needed. It’s a bit more expensive than online, but it’s not Chinese garbage.
