Product as described, efficient delivery, very happy

Perfect (BNWT) trousers sent really quickly. Unfortunately wrong sent size which was really quickly and thoughtfully resolved, so I can say good products and good service! I’ll shop from ReLiked again.

Returned two faulty items. Had photographs to prove they weren’t as described. Reliked are refusing to refund. Apparently they are above consumer law. Having to open a dispute with PayPal.

Avoid these guys like the plague. Won’t be coming back to shop with them again!

Haven't had the best experience with these guys.
I've received items not as described.
They are slow to refund, and in some cases erroneously refund a gift card even when you're entitled to a refund. They also forgot to refund return postage (as they don't provide a returns label).

I bought a bag that was supposed to be good condition but it had sticky (? Chewing gum) in it, and dog hairs. I didn't even bother to report this. That was my last order with them. You can get better quality (and service) at London charity shops.

Designer gear at a fraction of the price, in great condition and arrived quickly as well. Can't fault it and will use again

First time I have purchased from this company and never again.
The item was a Zara new with tags cardigan. It arrived with a big hole in it. I emailed customer services, because of course with a company like this they do not give you a phone number as a contact,
One week later and they still have not bothered to reply.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Poor customer service. Twice now things have been falsely advertised, marked as one brand but when the item turned up it was a different (cheaper brand) and when contacted, no one ever responded. This time they advertised shoes as my size but when they arrived they were a completely different size to what was advertised. I messaged several times and had no response. Eventually found their returns page (which they hide quite well). They’re accepting a return but I have to pay for postage - even though it’s not my error.
Previously they’ve taken over 10 days ( on several occasions) to dispatch orders.
I’ve had some lovely things at great prices but I’m getting annoyed now with the poor service.

First time purchase from here and I’m pleased with items received and the speedy delivery of them. It’s always good to know that charities are benefitting.

But disappointed they don’t do refunds , as my shoes and a dress is very small but hey ho .! I knew the rules in black and white!

Products are always nicely packaged and delivered on time . If for any reason they cannot send the product they contact you and give an immediate refund. Really good service every time I’ve ordered from them . Amazing discount deals if you sign up for emails. Had lots of amazing bargains can’t recommend Reliked enough.
