I ordered a puzzle in February the delivery date was given as 2 weeks then suddenly it was changed to March. Now it states 14 April, no explanation......

I can not praise Relish enough. Apparently Amazon have said that the order wasn't paid for but after sending the bank receipts a very kind person from Relish contacted Amazon but despite being sent bank receipts they continue to insist that the order wasn't paid for 🥴 Relish are now sending another to my home address. Thank you so much Albie xxxx

Delivery was fast and jigsaws good quality, however my husband needs them to be a little more challenging at the moment so won’t be purchasing further jigsaws at present.

The dementia radio is of very high quality, clearly laid out, and easy to use. A truly excellent invention for people with dementia. I ordered the dementia radio as a Christmas present for my father. Unfortunately, he passed away shortly before Christmas, so I wanted to return the radio. However, there was a problem with Relish's return portal. The support team responded very quickly, kindly, and competently, so I am completely satisfied with this experience.

WOrking on the puzzle was a good social collaboration, was mentally stimulating, was pleasurable to assemble, and can be repeated with less input from the caregiver. I would say it is well designed so long as the patient is assisted.

Was simple to order and item was dispatched quickly. The radio / music player is so dementia friendly which is superb as it is often difficult to find suitable items. It was easy to set up and the sound is terrific. Dad loves music and this is going to make him happy at Christmas. Thank you Relish.

My 97 year old mother lost the ability to remember the day. The day clock gave her this back. The joy on her face when she tells me the day because she now knows is immeasurable. The regain in pride goes so much further than just knowing the day.

Had to return a puzzle as it was slightly bent where the box was damaged. Excellent service,I was told to keep the item and a new one would be ASAP. When it came it was marked ‘fragile’ and was in perfect condition. I have introduced my husband’s dementia home to your products, so far the painting with water and puzzles have been enjoyed by all the residents. I have chosen subjects more interesting to the men and they’re going down really well.

I have bought four different puzzles for my father in law who has dementia. He will go through more confused times and clearer times, so it is good to have a couple 100 piece puzzles and a couple of 63 piece puzzles. Clear and interesting pictures with pieces they fit together well.

Bought for Christmas present to share with mum, a bit forgetful with age but sharp as a button, thought these would be easy to use. Not opened yet. Great speedy delivery

Very easy to navigate website, get information & buy. Have purchased 3 day clocks so far for my Mum & we all think they are fantastic! Very simple to set up & we like the customisable screen. Mum rarely mentions now she isn’t sure what day it is & knows she can just look at her clock to check day or night! She also finds it handy if she has dropped off to sleep to orientate herself on waking. The screen is very clear & easy to read. Really helpful having them in key locations around the house. I agree with all the 5 star reviews- absolutely fantastic product for people with memory problems.
