Well I don't know where to start but I got my mobility scooter replaced because I had nothing but trouble with it anything that could go wrong did I actually got 3 months use out of a year with my other scooter then they replaced it for a new one which was delivered to me in about march but through no fault of eden I could not use it I was temporary in a wheel chair then 2 to 3 weeks ago I was able to go back to use my scooter however after a few days the stopper in the arm rest came off so I couldn't put the arm up engineer came out very quickly to repair it but he didn't have the part . Then today I had an hospital appointment got the scooter out of my car boot unfolded it went to get on it and the wheel had came off omg oil was all over my hands and bits lying about as I can't walk far I had to phone hospital and cancel my appointment I was furious.I phoned the company and told them and casual as anything she asked aif I could get home etc could I not go get a wheelchair from hospital. Well no I'm in car park I can't walk that far that is why I have paid cash for a scooter to be independent and get around . So she said I'll report it and get someone out to repair it .I said I do not want this scooter as I said in the past if I have the same carry on with the replacement scooter I want a different model I'm just not happy with that model any longer and I don't want history to repeat it's self like it is starting to do and now I don't even trust this model I need to feel safe.So now I'm waiting to hear from them hopefully tomorrow I need my scooter to be reliable and this one is not I am so furious about this situation and I hope they can help with a different model so I will resume this when I know the outcome come and I do apologise to the lady on the phone for sounding angry as it's not her fault but I was so distressed at the time update Eden mobility have contacted me and I'm very happy to see my scooter is going to be changed on Tuesday 12/05/26 they understood my situation immediately and we're so nice and understanding which proves it's not the company just some products that are supplied Thanks for your help and understanding Eden much appreciated
Just called in Today just to look and I found the perfect scooter for me and the gentleman was absolutely amazing (Andrew) he was so helpful and funny and got us a very good deal would highly recommended him to anyone and everyone will be surly be calling back in for a brew and a chat

I went in on my own.ive never done this kind of thing before! As soon as walked up to the desk. The young lady Sophie made me feel it easy. I went to choose a mobility scooter. She explained everything showed me all the scooters in the shop and all ones that was available to me. I came out of the shop feeling happy knowing Sophie had helped me choose the right scooter for me she’s a wonderful host i would recommend this shop to anybody that needs anything to do with mobility. Thank you so much for your help. It was very much appreciated.

Eden mobility at Middlesbrough has a good supply of scooters on show. Hefin, the assistant, was very helpful and answered all my questions. Very easy to make my decision with his help., so I bought a Roadmaster. I am pleased with it. Well done He

I was recommended to visit Eden Mobility by a colleague. It was honestly a cheerful yet professional experience. I spoke with Sophia and she honestly made my experience more relaxed, kind and not robotic. I would honestly recommend that you visit this store if looking for mobility products. You are treated like a family, they remember you even after the first meeting meeting and offer great product knowledge and recommendations.

I cannot praise Andrew enough. He was very helpful & knowledgeable with my mum when we went in for a new rollator for my mum. He explained a few of the items they had in stock & my mum was very happy with the item she purchased. Andrew set it up to the correct height & explained how to adjust it if necessary. He even offered us a drink whilst the purchase went through. Fantastic customer service from Andrew. Thank you

I genuinely can’t thank Eden Mobility enough, especially Gemma Hewick.
We recently had a very stressful situation where my wife’s mobility scooter was returned to us damaged after a flight — the wheel had completely come off, leaving it unusable. As a family with children, and with my wife relying on the scooter daily, this was a real worry for us.
From the moment I spoke with Gemma, she was calm, understanding, and incredibly helpful. She immediately identified the issue from the photos (a missing nut), took ownership of the situation, and got things moving without any delay.
What really stood out was the way she handled it with genuine care. Instead of sticking rigidly to policy, she worked with us and arranged a solution that actually helped — sourcing the part, organising a call-out, and getting the repair booked in quickly. She even allowed us to use our free service entitlement to cover the call-out fee, which made a huge difference for us.
In a situation that was stressful and could have easily dragged on, Gemma made it simple, fast, and reassuring.
It’s rare these days to come across someone who combines professionalism with real empathy and common sense — but that’s exactly what we experienced here.
Eden Mobility are lucky to have her.
