Great service through the whole process of authenticating and purchasing!

Attentive to everything needed for safely purchasing a vintage or neo-vintage watch.

Had an email/ communication issue with Relleb initially (due to a server malfunction) which unfortunately resulted in me losing out on a watch, but Relleb made it right and worked hard on my next purchase. Marcel was communicative throughout and the report gave me peace of mind knowing that I had the required due diligence done to move forward with my purchase. I'm happy with the result and would work with them again. If you are looking to buy pre owned and want someone on your side to diligence sellers, give Relleb a shot.

These guys know what they are doing. Don’t buy on Chrono24 without Relleb, my recommendation.

Definitely later on the review front (mainly cause I don't like doing reviews!) but I can't speak more highly of the team at Relleb. It's immediately clear they have a real passion for watches and even more so for helping others. Marcel and Kenny were always happy to answer all my questions at all times the day/night (not that I was expecting that level of service) even before I even agreed to use their service. Even after everything they would continue to follow up, and made sure everything was good.

I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend their service!

RELLEB provides more than just watch authentication services, but it is that service that I had the pleasure to take advantage of so on that I will speak. I think that my experience is one you may need to hear if your are indeed thinking about purchasing a watch from an unknown seller a great distance from your home country. The first watch that was delivered to them was not consistent with the listing and DID NOT meet my required specification. Normally I'd have had to dispute this with the seller directly, provide photos, probably argue a bit, and deal with return international shipping and all related non-sense.
​ ​ ​ RELLEB took care of all of that. I didn't have to wait for my own money to be refunded before selecting a new watch which I did very soon afterwards. In the end I received a different watch that I'm happy with no concerns about the quality of the piece.
To be clear I spoke to an AD in my area about having a watch authenticated I was told they would do it but needed to send out the item and that it may take a few weeks. In my case if I went through chrono directly I would have a tough time getting a refund by the time the AD advised me of the status.
I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to reduce the risk of counterfeit/clone items as it was worth the fee charged to provide peace of mind. I still ended up saving quite a bit off the retail/AD price so all in all it was worth it.

Wonderful service! Buying watches online can be a risky endeavor, Vintage watches (My Navitimer is 50+ years old) even more so. I was looking to buy a Rolex watch because I have been interested in them for quite some time now, but I was frustrated with the buying from an AD process. I figured I would try and buy one on the gray market on Chrono24. While looking around on the gray market, I came across Relleb because I know that Rolex’s are one of the most popular faked watches around. If I was going to pay for a gray market Rolex, I wanted to make sure it was the real thing! I first reached out to Relleb and gave them the url listing and they did all the rest! Bought it for me, inspected it, sent me beautiful pictures of the movement and then shipped it back to me. It was a seemless process. It gave me real peace of mind knowing that they authenticated it. This is my first Rolex, but probably won’t be my last! I will use Relleb again.

Excellent service. Given the current watch market situation out there , finding a legit watch is really a tough task . I have requested Relleb to be my buying agent. I acquired the services of the guys at Relleb B.V. in relation to a luxury watch I wanted to buy via Chrono24, whereas the watch was located at a professional retailer in Japan. I found Relleb via search on Google, read the «About us» section and thought I contact them after trying their «Get a quote» function on their website. Within a short timeframe a guy named Marcel from Relleb contacted me and the process was initiated. We had a very nice and efficient dialogue (via Whattsapp) and before they act on my behalf towards the retailer in Japan, I paid the price for the watch, including a fee to Relleb, through an invoice they sent to me. After the payment was proceeded, they took care of the communication with the retailer from Chrono24 very smoothly, kept me updated, and even pushed the retailer since they were a bit delayed from their end. When the watch was sent from Japan to Relleb in Netherlands, I requested for a video from Marcel, which was sent to me the same day of the arrival. After two days the services from Relleb was finished, and I reveived a detailed and very good/high quality authenticity report and condition status from Relleb, reducing my worries wether the watch was fake or not. The watch was then sent to me. And even though it took more time than first anticipated to receive the watch (due to customs etc.), Relleb was service minded and kept pushing to speed up the delivery process. In addition, due to the delay in the shipment from the shipping company, Relleb refunded me 50 EUR. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Relleb, and I would highly recommmend this company when buying luxury watches online.

It was my first watch purchase through Relleb and it worked perfectly. Since the Rolex 2 from the early 90's was privately offered on Chrono24, I wanted insurance. In addition to the fact that Relleb checked the watch for its authenticity with a very detailed report, the entire process was very relaxed because Marcel took over the communication with the seller. He kept me updated regularly and answered questions quickly. The whole process took me about 4 weeks, but that was mainly due to the speed of the seller. I can absolutely recommend Relleb. I was buying a Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar from 2000 on Chrono24. I was certain about the watch's authenticity but wanted to check the condition (as my husband previously had an issue with one of his watches purchased online). I did some research and came across relleb. I was amazed by the level of communication and service this company provided me with. They kept me in a loop at all stages of the process and even sent a video of unpacking the parcel with the watch when they received it. Their watchmaker evaluated the condition of the movement as good, providing the full report and offered complimentary oiling, which I agreed to.

The money spent on the check of the mechanism was considerably lower than the PP's service center, and I am satisfied with the service. Thank you

I bought a preowned Panerai watch from Japan, given how I have seen on social media how some people got scammed with Panerai watches, I chose Relleb to authenticate the watch.

These guys saved me thousands of dollars when the Panerai watch (Bought $7500) that was sent had a broken "push-pin" mechanism in the lugs due to being forced by the previous owner. Relleb spoke with the seller and got the watch refunded, I didn't have to fight or have to deal with the headache in refunding the watch.

If the watch was not authenticated by Relleb, it may have been weeks before I would have noticed the defect in the watch.

I recently bought my husband a pre-owned Cartier Santos Medium for our wedding anniversary. To ensure this gift did not turn out to be a knock off, I reached out to Relleb for their help. They firstly helped me to choose the right watch in terms of condition vs price. After we found the right watch, the watch’s condition was thoroughly examined and tested for authenticity. Along the way, Relleb kept me informed about every step of the authentication process, although the entire process only took 1-2 days! I then received a detailed report about the watch and Relleb did point some relevant matters which I nor my husband would not be able to find out ourselves. Relleb’s service just adds a great level of comfort to the process of buying a luxury watch. Communication was excellent, and Relleb’s founders are absolute watch lovers and will take care of your next purchase as if it is theirs.

For the relatively small fee for Relleb’s service, we received a lot of value. Although I am not planning to buy another for my husband soon (he has plenty of them now… ;)), I would definitely recommend everyone to check out Relleb when purchasing a luxury watch!!

I have had very positive experiences with relleb. I want to have a collection with icons of the watch world in my collection. they helped me with my first watch (submariner no date). Although it was difficult to find, they managed to find my watch within two months (with discount!!)
At the moment we are orientating about the second purchase: the speedsmaster. I also receive good guidance in this quest that I can continue with (Year, model, strap of bracelet and more). that speedy is coming and I have to thank releb for that.
