Paar jaar geleden een mooie Rolex dames horloge gezien waar ik helemaal weg van was. Paar maanden geleden de stap genomen om aan Relleb te vragen naar dit horloge. Kenny heeft dit opgepakt en gezocht , af en toe kreeg ik foto’s toe gestuurd zodat Kenny wist welk horloge ik graag wilde.
Twee weken geleden kwam het bericht dat hij een Rolex had gevonden die aan mijn wensen voldeed.

When looking for a new watch for my wife I realized that I needed someone to help me finding the right model and color. I have contacted Relleb and they helped me out finding exactly what I needed. Their expertize about luxury watches is really impressive and I was glad I have ask them to help me out.

It is the first time I used Relleb and it will definitely not be the last time, it works really good.

A few weeks ago I bought Rolex Datejust. As this was my first luxury watch I though it would be good to get it authenticated by Relleb. After reading the report and receiving the top notch service I would highly recommend Relleb's authentication service. Throughout the entire process the communication with Marcel was excellent. For my next watch I will most definitely make use of his service again!

Buying a vintage Submariner is quite a difficult journey (or better put: a minefield). Respected dealers can’t provide you with the watch/type you want, internet might show you your dream watch but can’t give you the trust of buying an authentic one. After a long search I found – on internet- a very nice example of my dream watch, the right year, righ type of maxi dial, “strong lugs “etc. I just couldn’t pull the trigger. “Don’t buy the watch, buy the seller” I was told. But how to be sure if this seller is to be trusted? A friend of mine tipped me and told me about the service Relleb can provide. Because of their accurate, professional and customer friendly service I had the confidence to have the watch sent over. The watch was received by Relleb and inspected within 48 hours. An extensive report was sent to me (and explained by phone). Relleb gave me the certainty of buying an authentic and good watch. They also found out that the seller left some information about the condition/service unmentioned. An unsolicited offer by Marcel to negotiate with the seller was also done.
Result: I bought my dream watch knowing for certain what the actual conditions in terms of originality, polishing, service parts etc. are. This really gives peace of mind.

I wanted to make sure the watch was authentic, but further than that I wanted to get a clear picture of how the watch was taken care of and maintained through the years. Excellent service - I recently bought a GMT Master II (116710LN) and a Datejust (126300) with Relleb’s authentication service. Relleb took care of the communication with the seller, authenticated the watch and informed me about all the relevant details regarding the watches (the GMT was a 12 yr old watch and therefore particularly interesting in terms of servicing etc.). Communication is excellent, very customer friendly.

You get a lot of service and more importantly peace of mind, for a relatively small amount of money. Would 1000% recommend Relleb’s service to everyone buying a pre-owned luxury/vintage watch!

Before I start my main review I would like to take the opportunity to state the following just in case viewers don't read the entire review.
This is an exceptionally professional service spearheaded by Marcel. If you decide to purchase a watch on Chrono24 please invest in this service which is inexpensive when compared with the products being sold. Marcel's communications during the entire process were timely, accurate on all platforms and he went the extra mile to secure an authenticated watch for the best price.
I decided in early January 2021 that I would love to purchase a Franck Muller Vanguard Yachting Chronograph. The trouble was that here in the UK we were in full lockdown and visiting an authorized dealer was impossible coupled with the fact that the prices shown were steep. I decided to search the internet and found the site Chrono 24 which listed numerous examples of the watch I required but from numerous locations around the world and at varying prices. I decided to join their membership and made contact with a dealer from Dubai. From the onset I was not satisfied with some of the replies and always had that lingering suspicion at the back of my mind, was it fake.
By chance, I stumbled across a website, RELLEB.COM. On inspection of their site, it reinforced my worries about purchasing a watch that couldn't be authenticated until it reached me and even then the conditions of Chrono 24 were not on my side as there were numerous clauses.
This company promised to act as an intermediary and guaranteed to remove the uncertainty of authentication
and make the transaction smooth and risk-free. They did not disappoint.
From the onset, I was so glad that I had instructed the services of Marcel's company as we encountered several issues with dealers on chrono24 and their communications were poor, to say the least. I left it in the capable hands of RELLEB who spoke with numerous dealers asking detailed questions about the watch, its history, condition, and price. All this hard work went on behind the scenes but I was cc into the email trails.
Marcel remained resolute throughout the process determined to secure the correct watch for me at a fair price. We regularly communicated via email/Whats app.
I won't go into all the issues some of the dealers presented but suffice to say they were dealt with promptly and efficiently by RELLEB.
Eventually, the watch was received by Marcel and he and his watchmakers provided detailed and quality pictures of the beautiful watch and case. I received a very detailed authentification report of the watch. Shipment was arranged via FedEx and I am now the proud owner of
a Franck Muller timepiece
If you are considering purchasing a watch from Chrono24, especially if it is of a high value you would be foolhardy if you didn't engage the services of this truly fantastic company.
Think RELLEB if you are buying a quality watch online as it will be the best money you will ever invest.

Purchased a vintage watch using Relleb after reading about them on the Fratello watch blog. Marcel helped me through the entire process and was able to negotiate a discounted price for the watch. I bought a Rolex Submariner 2020 model and had it authenticated with Relleb which was a very smooth process. The guys behind Relleb are very friendly, communicate frequently and keep you in the loop during the authentication process.
