I'm probably one of the lucky ones... I have placed 3 separate orders with this company, and have been satisfied with the items received for the price paid. Their packaging is excellent, with each bottle individually suitcased in inflatable packaging. Sometimes, labels or boxes may not be 'collector quality', but if you're just going to consume the product anyways,who cares... Like others have said, contacting a real person is impossible if you do have any concerns.
This company's website is 'remedyliquor.com'. Everyone should also be aware of a scam company that has piggybacked on this company's information. 'remedyliquorbase.shop' can be substituted if you just click on an item you are searching for on the Internet. Be very aware of the email address you are giving your payment information to, to avoid future headaches and certain disappointment.
Not recommend
Not recommend. All promos you see on the web are not working. You can’t get any discount on the packages you buying, don’t trust whatever they advertise like “buy 2 get $20 discount” or if they will add free gift they will charge more for shipping so it’s not free anymore. Download app and get $5 it’s not working either. In one word bad and greedy service, not appreciated for long time customers.
I have ordered from Remedy three times…
I have ordered from Remedy three times to date and have had no issues with delivery (on time, well packaged, etc.). I called their customer service department (only because I was having issues checking out -- I live in an area that shares a zip code between 3 towns, my issue -- not theirs). Customer service rep was excellent. She figured out the issue and sent me a direct invoice to get around the shipping glitch. Items arrived quickly and in great condition. Would order again.
Grifters Posing as Business Professionals
I have placed 29 orders with Remedy Liquor over the past three years, spending nearly $6000 on their products. The first 28 orders I placed came off without incident. But my 29th order, placed Oct. 17, 2025 (and the last order I will ever place with Remedy Liquor) arrived by FedEx on Oct. 27, 2025.
All the bottles I ordered except for one --MACALLAN 12YR SCOTCH SINGLE MALT AGED IN A SHERRY OAK CASK -- were in the order I received. I immediately contacted Remedy's customer service department to report the missing $83 bottle of MACALLAN 12YR SCOTCH.
I also explained that the alcohol I ordered was for a family gathering we had scheduled for Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, to welcome home a service member who has been stationed in the Middle East for three years.
After two automated customer service responses, Remedy Liquor refused to accept responsibility for the missing bottle of Scotch. To prove their point, they sent me a photo of the five bottles of alcohol I ordered, allegedly taken in their shipping department. This proved nothing except to show a lineup of the same products I ordered.
This company is unethical, petty and untrustworthy. To avoid accepting responsibility for a missing $83 bottle of Scotch never delivered, they sacrificed $6000 in future sales.
Such brilliant business minds. Don't waste your time or money ordering from seasoned grifters.
Do not buy anything worth more than $40…
Do not buy anything worth more than $40 from this company. They ship damaged products and put previously damaged items in protective sleeves. They also skirt accountability by blaming the shipper even though the packaging is in perfect condition. Spend your money at a more reputable establishment.

I have ordered several times from this company and never had a problem before. Unfortunately, this time the packaging was very poorly done. The bottle itself arrived intact, but the box was completely crushed because it was packed in a very tight plastic wrapper with no proper protection.
I pay for shipping protection and insurance precisely to avoid issues like this, and I was very disappointed to receive a damaged box. Since I collect these bottles, the condition of the box is just as important as the bottle itself. This was not what I paid for, and I expected much better care in packaging.
Package broken in shipment is my problem?
Package broken in shipment and I have the package protection insurance. Well, it's been over a month since FedEx notified them that they package was damaged and could not be delivered. I show the package returning back to Remedy. They can't find it so they tell me I need to wait. But, FedEx has already returned it to them and they won't even look to see what's going on and correct the issue.
These folks are awful when things go wrong. They don't do anything to fix issues. I regret shopping with them.
2 months and only disappointment
An order I placed over 2 months ago went missing en route. I had ordered the package protection. When the package went missing, suddenly my online invoice showed I didn't have the protection. Well I did purchase the protection, their website had a bug that removed it, without notice, from my cart. I documented the bug for them and shared my concerns.
Initially, they seemed to understand the situation and assured me they would get right back to me. Well, that never happened. They don't want to have any responsibility when things go wrong.
I have successfully had prior orders from them. They do sell legitimate things at decent prices. But, if something goes wrong, they don't do anything to fix the problem. They stop responding and seem to hope that I give up.
I'm opening a dispute with my Credit Card provider on Monday if they don't fix this.
They could have so easily fixed the situation and made things better. Instead, 2 months later, I'm still witihout my order or any sort of concern from them.
DON'T TRUST THEM.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. No way to speak to anyone about online order. Email replies take forever. FedEx lost my package yet Remedy refuses to refund my entire purchase price. They claim the insurance is only for the bottle, but I know for a FACT that FedEx refunded shipping to them. SO they made a $23 profit for nothing! AVOID!!!
They lied and said I put a hold on my shipment.
This place has gone down hill. I ordered over $600 worth of wine. They alleged that it was shipped and that "I" told the shipping company to put a "Hold" on the shipment which is nonsense and a scam. This place is a scam and did not offer me a refund.

1-Star Review: Appalling Customer Service and Unacceptable Handling of My Order
I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Remedy Liquor and feel compelled to warn others about their abysmal customer service and complete disregard for accountability. On May 23, 2025, I purchased a bottle of Sassenach, only to be informed by UPS that the package was damaged in transit and returned to Remedy Liquor. What followed was a frustrating, month-long ordeal marked by vague responses, outright negligence, and a refusal to take responsibility.
According to UPS tracking, the damaged package was delivered to Remedy Liquor’s facility on June 6, 2025, at 11:05 PM, but was refused by their staff. Despite providing this information—along with screenshots—in multiple emails, Remedy Liquor repeatedly responded with a generic, copy-pasted message: “Once the package gets back to our facility, we will take all the necessary steps.” This response was not only unhelpful but also blatantly ignored the fact that the package had already been returned and rejected by their own team.
When I pressed for clarification and asked about their next steps or coordination with UPS, their replies remained evasive. At one point, they claimed UPS had never contacted them, despite UPS’s attempts to reach out, and only then did they mention “putting a trace” on the package. Even after this, they reverted to the same canned response, showing zero effort to address the issue or acknowledge their role in refusing the damaged return.
After weeks of back-and-forth with no progress, I demanded a full refund, as the situation had become utterly unacceptable. While they eventually processed a refund, they had the audacity to exclude the shipping costs I incurred for their mishandled order. This final insult cemented their lack of care for their customers.
Remedy Liquor’s incompetence, refusal to communicate meaningfully, and failure to take accountability turned a simple transaction into a nightmare. Save your money and shop elsewhere—anywhere that values customers and knows how to handle basic business operations.
Bottle Arrived Half Full (without leaking)
I bought a bottle of an allocated tequila from Remedy Liquor, and it arrived half empty. There was no breakage or staining on the box from a leak. They just sent a bottle that wasn't full. I emailed them about it, and they offered to give me $15 back on an over $100 purchase. I have exchanged multiple emails trying to resolve the issue. Now, most vendors are sold out of this bottle, and I will have to luck into one from somewhere local. I will never buy from them again. If you purchase from them, just know that they aren't going to help you if there is an issue with the bottle. #TerribleCustomerService
Scammed. Never received product.
This company took my money and never delivered the product I ordered. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, they never contacted me back. Truly a scam.

This business is run by scam artists. I will be filing a lawsuit against them for taking my money and not delivering my product. Be very careful with this company, or just avoid all together.
Zero Communication after almost 2 weeks
Pretty sure this is one of those companies that has an item “in stock” then takes your money and neglects to let you know that they have to wait for the vendor to ship the product to them or they have to locate the product. Purchased a bottle of SirDavis on May 7th and haven’t heard a peep since then. It’s May 19th. All I ask is that I’m notified of any delay you may have regarding a product I buy.
Fake Cordon Bleu
Order 1 bottles of Cordon Bleu and 2 Macallan 12. The shipment was okay, no complain The Cordon Blue did not taste the same as the one from Total Wine. The bottle dont look the same as the ones Total Wine. I beleive they sent me the fake one. The Macallan 12 taste just like the ones I bought from other stores.

Order was shipped to wrong adress and then I was lectured to about how it was my fault using wrong address on their automated system! Took four days to respond while I tried to correct problem, again using their automated system and e mails no contact for 4 days. Then snotty e mail critisizing me.
Fifth order this year, 2nd one screwed up. They do not appreciate Good Customers. I will shop elsewhere. Good products. Lousy Customer service skills!

No complaints!Recently placed a large order
Recently placed a large order, prior to reading some of the negative reviews. So was a little nervous with what would happen. After three business days I was notified that a partial shipment was being sent out and the remainder were still being prepared. The initial shipment was about a third of my total order and was being shipped from one of their stores closer to my area. So that was the first positive thing that there was no additional shipping costs and they were sending out what was immediately available.
Received the first shipment and the packaging (individual, plastic suitcase-like wrapping) was superb, and the products were as described with no damage. Today, received the remainder of my order, with the same exceptional packaging. No complaints…thank you Remedy Liquor.
