Ordered an unusual gin that they said they had in stock. After 4 days I called to see when it would ship and was told that it was out of stock. Not happy I had to call to find this out.

There is absolutely no communication with them. I placed an order on 06/14 and sent an email the same day. I have yet to receive a response. Their phone number doesn't ring, but instead goes straight to "a member of our team can't answer your call. Please leave a message". When it comes to buying online, communication is important. I have no idea when my order will ship and it's supposed to be a father's day gift. I do not recommend this company.

These bunch if cowboys would get zero stars if this was an option. Total rip off. I ordered some whisky for my husbands birthday, paid $40 for expedited delivery. They used Fedex, big mistake! Order was due within 2 days, received a number of messages which were saying it was due between certain time windows then another putting delivery back a few hours. Nothing arrived! Order didnt show up for another 3 days. I complained, no response. I filled out the contact us for on their website, nothing, complete radio silence. I think its utterly abhorrent to take peoples money like this and then do diddly squat when there's an issue. Unacceptable and s****y customer service.
I do NOT recommend.
Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else

After placing an order, I had some doubts about the authenticity of the site. I could not have been more wrong. A team member (Amel) provided great guidance and assurance to me. He changed the destination of the order which I had improperly specified. The order arrived ahead of schedule. It was accurate and extremely well packaged so as to avoid damage. Thank you Amel and Captain Caskwell!

I would leave zero stars if I could. Ordered a bottle of champagne to be delivered before X-mas. The order never arrived and I was never contacted. I had to reach out three times before I received the response that the order was lost in transit and they were out of stock on the ordered item. I'm not even sure that I believe this to be true. I have ordered from several companies over the years and have never experienced this. Needless to say, I will never use Captain Caskwell again.

I reached out when it showed my shipment couldn’t be delivered. Never got a response but then it was sent again a couple days later. When I got my shipment one of the bottles was not the one I ordered (which was the whole reason I made an order.) I reached out again. It’s been a week with still no response. They fit the pirate branding.

I was really worried when I ordered from this company since I couldn't find out a lot about them on the internet. I ordered seven bottles of Dom Perigon. They shipped it out right away and I got it within a week. Very happy. The only thing, which may matter to some is they stated 2015 and I received 2013. I will use Captain Castwell again. The price was $60.a bottle less than anywhere else.

I got a few bottles as gifts, needed assistance with address and they were very helpful. Got the order and everything was perfect.
