Worst experience ever!
Book through for 1 small bedroom apartment single man, and it tooks 5 hours.
Drivers showed up with 1 trolley and basically I had to help them to upload and download my furniture.
Terrible service and I have been charged 5:30 hrs for 3 boxes, fridge washing machine, small bbq and tv cabinet.
Half way the job they just stopped working because for policy company I need to complete the final payment before download the furniture which is insane and never happens before.
I’m going to contact the ACCC since I have been ripped off.
Please be aware about this scamming company.

We moved house a couple of weeks ago and used remote removals and i cannot recommend them enough. Ash and the guys were super professional, they turned up on time, took great care of all our things and were just lovely and polite people. It took all the stress out of moving house and i couldn't fault them. Thanks so much guys!

Great bunch of people who made moving as easy as possible for us. Long distance move which took 3 days but everything went to clockwork. Would definitely recommend them.

I couldn't fault them. They arrived on time, were friendly, but professional. Lovely lads , nothing was too much trouble for them. I have used them in the past and would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Remote removals staff were really helpful and considerate. We stumbled across a few problems regarding furniture size and lifts they gallantly took the stairs. Cannot thank them enough very pleasant.

Very helpful in easing the whole moving process. They did everything from providing all the packaging materials for us such as boxes, tape, covers etc. we used the packing service which meant the remote removals team packed our entire house the day before. Took all our tvs, beds and wardrobes down which made stuff a lot easier. Then the next day when we moved in our house was mirrored to how we had everything in the previous house. The team was very friendly and helpful when issues arose.
