After months of searching and trying countless replacement remotes for my older CRT TV, I finally found one that works!! I honestly had low expectations, but it worked IMMEDIATELY right out of the package, with batteries already installed and no programming needed! I couldn’t be happier and am even considering buying a second one as a backup. Such a relief after searching for so long! Highly recommend!!

I bought an expensive Panasonic DVD replacement but the volume button does not work. Very disappointed. It remains to be seen if they pay me back for this useless piece of equipment.

I looked up the remote I needed, and I ordered it. It was delivered within a few days of ordering. Unfortunately, the receiver I had was very old, and I think the infrared signal was no longer being read. I contacted the company, and I got a response within a couple of hours. The solution wasn't going to work for me, so I returned the remote. I contacted the company to let them know I received confirmation of my return, and would like a refund. I was contacted back within a few days (it was over a weekend), and I just received a full refund including what I paid for initial shipping. I wish the remote had worked for me, but I would definitely order from them again. The website is a little dated, but it works. I think some people are confusing this site with another, and that's the reason for some of the negative reviews - I think the other site does car remotes. In any event, my experience with Remotes.com was 100% positive, and I would use them again and recommend to friends.

Go to Amazon. They had my remote and delivered it overnight. It worked perfectly out of the box! My remote for my Honeywell tower fan broke so it was Amazon to the rescue again!

Cool looking remote. Fast shipping. Came with fresh batteries installed too.
But, it DOESNT WORK. I've sent an email
(I should learn to check if the online company I'm doing business with has a PHONE NUMBER first, good grief.) but it's late evening and they likely won't see it until tomorrow... fingers crossed. If they can take care of this ($40) problem I'll gladly update my review.

My remotes.com order for a replacement remote for a 7 year old (+/-) Insignia stereo system I bought from a local Thrift store, but being it's an Insignia stereo, I made a stop by Best Buy ... and I was told FALSE information, the Manager in the appropriate area told me they are getting replacement remotes in, but are currently out of stock!, try back in a few weeks, then I called the Best Buy call center, and I found out the manager wasted my time!, THERE are NO replacement remotes for this stereo, and after a couple of Universal remotes that didn't pair up with this stereo ... I spoke with the assistant manager, and appropriately voiced my complaints, Steve ... The assistant manager said he would talk to the electronics manager ... Then the website for remotes.com popped up, under replacement remotes, and I got this remote for this 25 watt per channel Insignia shelf system came, and TRUE TO WHAT IS GUARANTEED, this custom made replacement remote works EFFORTLESSLY (all the important features work fine, but a few of the buttons on this remote do not control a few of the features, I am not at all upset, at least all the IMPORTANT features work "effortlessly" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ✨✨ ... 5 stars, with a little bit more for good measure! ... Oh yeah, my only incentive to write this uncompensated review is a VERY positive experience with remotes.com

Ordered Remote for a 1990s JVC compact stereo. Took 10 days to get. Didn't work when arrived, tried numerous e mails no reply tried to call, number is disconnected. Hopefully they reply. But no response yet on 4 1 2025.

I received replacement remotes for a 2021 cadillac escalade. When I scan the instructions their remotes only go up to 2017...

SCAM. THIEVES. Ordered 2 remotes and paid express delivery Never received. No reply to emails and the phone number which is just a mobile just goes to voicemail. I am contacting SHOPIFY to get this lot shut down as well as reporting the fraud.

I ordered a remote for my old outdated and lost VCR and of course after placing the order the lost was found! I emailed the company but they had already filled the order but told me to return the package from Canada unopened and I would receive my money back via a credit on my credit card. I did so and today I see a credit for the full amount on my card.
So I have nothing but praise for this company and no understanding of those negative reviews!

Ordered a replacement remote and it wouldn’t connect to the tv. When I tried to contact customer service they would not respond. I would never get anything from them.

Liars who wasted my time claiming they have original remotes with pictures of the original. As posted they send you a cheap replacement you can buy elsewhere. AVOID

I purchased an (expensive) aftermarket custom remote for my vehicle Blu-ray player. It arrived timely, but does not work to operate my player. I have tried for several days to contact them via several methods and cannot get any response.

After reading both the positive and negative reviews on this site, which are about a 50/50 split, I took a chance and bought a replacement for my 20+ year old remote that stopped working. I thought Remotes.com did a good job in making it clear that I was not buying a new OEM remote identical to the one that broke, but rather a custom-made replacement that would work the major features on my Yamaha receiver. I received the remote in less than a week, and it works perfectly right out of the box. I am very happy with my experience and the product received. As long as you understand you aren't getting an original OEM remote you'll be happy with your purchase.

Fraud!!! I would rate zero stars - order 2 remotes and what they sent is nowhere close to what i ordered. They do do respond to emails. Stay clear and save your money

Never buy from them! I ordered a remote control on January 18 I have never received it written 3 times to the company no response since.

Received a defective device from Remotes.com and burden of return/replacement was placed on the customer. Item had not been placed in service yet, but provider would not take any responsibility for righting the issue. Just a very poor experience.

I got a remote for a Denon AVR 4800 ... I looked everywhere and found one here ... All function buttons work!

Read other reviews. They falsely advertise remote control models that they do not possess and clearly have no intention of updating their website to reflect this. They send you a different model (which you can get many places cheaper) and tell you to use it instead.

What this company is doing is classic bait and switch and is actually illegal and I will be reporting it.
