I bought a remote control for my tv, it was not the original but it works, although the material feels of poor quality, but the price is good.

At best, this company is falsely advertising an older remote control as being in stock, but when I questioned them via email as to whether the Sony remote in my cart would look exactly as pictured, they admitted they would ship a different newer one because Sony quit making RM YD017. I emailed them back that is false advertising of a product they do not have.

I should have read the reviews before I tried this company I ordered a remote it did not work they do not even answer my calls, emails UPDATE THEY ANSWERED,TOOK MY RETURN AND REFUNDED MY MONEY

These folks are the BEST!! I purchased a remote from them for my Sceptre sound bar, the volume up button on mine wasn't working. Well the new one did not work at all. Called them and Bob answered the phone. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong with the new remote. Explained the situation to Bob and he asked if I still had the original remote and I said yes. He asked if I was willing to send the new remote back and my original so he could get the signals off of it. I said sure. Well Bob did his magic, fixed my original remote and programmed the new remote and sent them both back to me and they both work perfect!!! Like I said these folks are the best and will have all my future business. Best customer service I have seen in a long time. Thanks Bob!!

Worst company ever tried to return tv control because I didn’t need it and they mess me around asking for photos of control W t f $50 down the drain

Looking everywhere for a missing remote control for a JVC cd player i found on the site a Redi replacement.I live in Europe and i ordered it the 12 of september it arrivés the 23 so delivery was ok.Certainly it IS not the quality of a genuine JVC remote but it works and in the case your remote is no longer available have a look at this site

I ordered a remote for a tv on 6/18, 9 days later I had to reach out and email someone because I was never given a tracking number.

Kassandra was kind enough to inform me that "the remote was out of stock when I placed the order". I was never made aware that the remote was out of stock, specifically not when I placed the order. No worries though because, they were expecting a shipment of remotes soon.

Lo and behold after another email from "Kass" they received their order of remotes and unfortunately mine wasn't on that shipment (oof). In all fairness I was offered a refund at this point or I could keep the order and they would give me priority shipping at no cost to me. Mind you I had already paid for shipping that was running roughly 2 weeks behind.

I received the remote on 7/13. I took 25 days for me to get the remote. that being said it works fine and I believe it be brand new as advertised.

The real issue here is clearly their lack of communication, I should NOT have to reach out to be told the thing I ordered was out of stock. Look elsewhere first or you maybe waiting a while for your orders and never know it. Also for 2021 the website is poorly designed and hard to navigate.

Bought a 2014 Toyota Sienna with a missing dvd remote, so i went to ebay to get one for a $100. Turns out it was a dud and never got my money back. I searched high and low but lost hope eventually. Then I came upon Remotes.com, looked super sketchy because the website is super outdated, reminiscent of a 90s geocities website and it just seemed off. I was desperate however and decided to order their redi remotes, half expecting to get scammed. My wife even made fun of me for ordering a remote from "remotes.com", said maybe next time i should order my shoes from "shoes.com". But guess who got the last laugh! Within a week the remote arrived with batteries and worked right out of the box. I legit shed a tear and then rubbed a fully functioning remote in my wife's face, that i ordered from "remotes.com"! Thank you Remotes.com, you made my day and despite my skepticism, you delivered. I am sorry for judging you. Although I recommend touching up that website of yours.

Well. I have had excellent customer service with speedy replies with this company but that is absolutely the only positive thing so far, because the remote has not ever worked at all. I replaced the batteries for new ones twice. I took it to the car dealer and no hopes there as they told me it was an inferior product, and then I took it to best buy stereo installer and he said it will not function. So after googling and carrying on- all during covid, I have finally given up and now the window for return is over. $50. Gone forever. They will not return my money, there is no supervisor to speak with and guess what...no feedback or reviews can be left on their website. I do not recommend this company at all. 👎

I have a Pioneer VSX 3900s stereo receiver that I bought new in 1991. I still have it in 2020. Only problem, the remote died so I turned to Ebay for an OEM remote. I bought three and two were DOA so got refunded, the other one lasted about 3 months. I decided to hit the internet to see if there was anyone who sold an equivelant and came across Remotes.com

I found my remote model and ordered one. Today it arrived, already programmed and was provided with batteries. The main reason for ordering this remote was so I could use the delayed function on the surround, and this remote has it! Im a happy camper now. Thanks Remotes.com Youre awesome!

I was able to find a remote for my Onkyo receiver on Remotes.com for about $15 less then other websites. It arrived and i was able to operate my receiver instantly with my new remote. It looks and operates just like the original. Am very pleased.

I couldn’t say enough about my great experience with remotes.com. These guys were excellent from the get-go. Finding my stereo was easy on their website and ordering was seamless. The best thing? They shipped my remote control within two hours of my order and I received it the next day! The sleek remote is awesome... better than the original, and it works like a charm! I wish I had another reason to shop at this company. In this age of digital ordering, it is impressive to have an experience that goes above and beyond!

Terrible company, ordered a remote, it came, didn’t work. Contacted them company and they told me they don’t sell a remote for my unit and that I had ordered one for an entirely different brand. I showed them Where on their own website That they advertise having a remote for my unit. They apologized and said they’ll have it looked into, and that if I pay at my own expense to return it they will Refund my the cost of the remote. This was Completely their Error, but expected me to eat the shipping costs. Meanwhile they have not changed their website, so someone else will fall victim to their con.

This company is pure fraud. When you call them they will say they have the remote control you need. If you pay, you won't see the money anymore and you won't get the remotes because they'll tell you they don't have one.

Ordered a remote I couldn’t find anywhere else, was delivered quickly and anytime I contacted customer service they replied extremely promptly. Very happy.

We lost the original remote for our TV several months ago. I was so happy to find this website (remotes.com) and ordered another remote. They did not have the original one but had one that was eqvilant to my old one. I received it in good timing and was thrilled to see batteries installed and set to go. My husband is happy and I'm happy. This was the first place I looked at and I'm glad I did. Thanks remote.com

They showed it would take 5-6 days to receive key. After 5 days I notice the tracking number didn’t even show it in the system. I “chatted” with someone who assured me they update me on tracking and it would be here by the end of the week. I emailed them and ask them to refund my money. Of course they acted like it was their courier fault. And said they would check on it. Really they already “checked” on it.

If you are looking to replace an old remote I suggest searching eBay first. Remotes.com listed my oem remote as available. I ordered this remote but received an email several days later informing me my order was canceled because the oem remote was discontinued by the supplier. On the Remotes.com search results page for my remote there was also the possibility of what Remotes.com called a "Custom Built Replacement Redi Remote". I corresponded with a couple of customer service representatives and they told me how great the replacement would be, full functionality and everything. I ordered the replacement remote but received an email a few days later indicating they could not successfully program the replacement remote, too many error codes overwhelming the system. I did not lose any money but lost two weeks search time looking for a desperately needed remote. Remotes.com should not have web pages with items they cannot fulfill.
