Efficient service
Booked for a short notice move. Slightly delayed arrival, but communicated that early and well. Two guys, friendly, efficient, and hard working. Obviously experienced, as they played the game of furniture tetris well!

I had to move my stuffs urgently and gave them a call for a next day removal. I got sorted out within a minute and what an incredible journey it was with the driver. 5 hours journey and never got bored for a second. Good driving and communication experience I had. Highly recommend!!

Failure to compensate for damaged TV
I would certainly never use this company and do not recommend to anyone. A caveat for anyone looking to use this company, they are not a member of the British Association of Removals and therefore will be unable to escalate your complaint. I have reported the damage to my TV due to the carelessness of the drivers to the owner. I estimate a replacement would cost nothing less than £500. The owner has provided a picture which is not the TV broken by his drivers and failed to compensate for the damage. In addition the owner's attitude and job done was completely unacceptable. The driver and owner turned up about 4 hours late on a Friday afternoon without a trolley and an unsuitable van for a house removal that was not height adjustable and then threatened to leave if I did not agree to pay whatever I was charged at the end of the job which they stretched to 5 hours to load but only spent 1 hour unloading and then dumped in the most unprofessional and careless manner it was impossible to reach anything.

Thanks for the review, but we must point a few things out, before the move we attended the storage where you had your items and we took pictures as proof should anything arise such as situations like this we now find ourselves in. The tv was badly stored, not covered and already damaged in the storage facility before we even had the chance to touch the items, we had already informed you that as per our terms and conditions we do not provide insurance cover to anything that isn't professionally packed by ourselves prior to moving. Terms and conditions in which you had agreed to upon booking with us. We have been in constant contact with you since the very first email and already explained and sent the proof to you of the damaged tv in storage. unfortunately if items are badly stored we cannot accept responsibility and you simply cannot try to claim compensation on your own mistakes, you have tried to steer people away from booking with us, this is not acceptable as we pride ourselves on the hard work we do and it is shameful for you to try and bring a company down due to your own mistake.

I would recommend this company to everyone. I had an excellent experience with them. It's run by friendly, kind and helpful people. Barzan and Shah were awesome the whole time. I had a stressful house clearance to sort out and they made it work and got the job done easily. I'm so grateful to them. If you're looking for a removals company, look no further!

Arrived on time and fulfilled their duties in a respectful and courteous manner. Very pleasant young men. All my household furniture arrived safely at my new property and the lads followed my instructions by placing all items in the corrects rooms.
I was in contact with Shah before and after the move he was extremely helpful and kind.

Removal Review
The company turned up on time, got on with packing/clearing things for the tip. The only thing they didn't do was label the boxes/bags which caused a great deal of stress to my husband not knowing where things were. They need to learn from this experience. Otherwise a good move.

Very affordable, customer service was top notch which made the moving process stress free. I Had a really bad experience with other removal companies but this has to be the best one in London.
