I have had a first-class experience with Renew, and all down to your excellent operative, Carol. I initially accepted the deal from Renew for a replacement carpet and Carol contacted me several times due to delays while other work was done in the room where a carpet had been damaged. Every time, Carol was extremely efficient and also friendly and cheerful, inspiring confidence. I finally changed my mind and decided to go with a local carpet firm; this was no trouble and Carol made the arrangements with her usual good humour and competence. You have a real star in your company!

Following an accident on our dining room carpet with black bitchumin paint, we contacted our Insurance Company,who, in turn, very promptly contacted your company.We were contacted by your Inspector, Mr Tony Price, who arranged a home visit/ inspection.He kept us updated throughout these arrangements and arrived at our home.Mr Price is such a polite,very well mannered gentleman

Our inspector called today at the appointed time, and with the necessary COVID protection. It was a pleasure to meet a down to earth person who went into great detail to explain what happens now in regarding the claim, how the company will order the replacement (in this instance a new lounge carpet which because our place is open plan this also included the diner, the stairs and top landing). Colin was obviously very proficient in this regard, so well done Renew!

Absolutely shocking service. Gained the replacement value of fire damaged items by using a 50% discounted item. This was after 6 weeks of procrastination. We will be taking this further. Avoid at all costs

Insurance Claim after water damage

Renew was extremely helpful in ensuring that the claim was dealt with in an effective and friendly manner. My options were explained clearly and all the staff particularly Carol were very helpful.

We have not had the floors fixed yet so no carpet but have had a couple of calls from your men asking when they can come but when the man came with the samples he very polite and nice.
