Credit to the company, sorted out my issues and called me back ! So rare to be called back !
Only slight issue in my view is they seem to be reliant on other companies giving them information. Can be frustrating for the customer.

Everything was handled so well. Quickly, efficiently and professionally. Could not have asked fir more.

Really disappointed in my experience. I was passed to Renew by my insurance company following a paint spillage. The insurance claim was initially declined based on what Renew had said. My claim had to go to a loss adjuster, who seemed surprised that Renew hadn’t asked some of the really basic questions that the loss adjuster did to establish my claim was genuine. The way Renew dealt with my case delayed my insurance payout and caused a fair amount of upset

Fantastic customer service. I spoke to a lady who realised I really didn't understand the process, she took the time to explain it to me in layman's language. She was kind, polite, and friendly. I found the whole process painless and have no reservations about rating 5*

The website was straightforward to use and we received funds promptly.

Probably the worst firm I have had the misfortune to deal with. Poor service and poor quality carpet.

My parents in law had awful water damage following a leak resulting in all carpets needing to be replaced in hall, stairs, landing and living room. Have never claimed on insurance so weren't sure what to expect but Renew have been fantastic, they couldn't have been more helpful, from start to finish. All staff were lovely, happy, friendly and personable. We were called, text or emailed any time there was an update on the claim - from the order being placed one day and a follow up call the next day letting us know the order had been accepted. They told us that due to their age furniture would be moved and carpets taken up and removed also. We didn't know this and had planned to do it all ourselves so would never have been none the wiser. Just fantastic all round, thank you all at Renew!

Prompt and efficient service. My insurance claim for a damaged carpet was done through Renew. I was told they would contact me in no more than two hours, and they did. The claim was straight forward and the insurance company agreed the final cash settlement, which was in my account within five days.

Very good communication, everything was handled quickly and efficiently after we experienced a small house fire.

On the whole I was very pleased with the service I received from Renew.Everyone I spoke to were friendly and professional and also helpful.The only downside was that the damage to the carpet and the cabinet were not dealt with at the same time.This resulted in the claim re the carpet being finalised and then we started with damage to the cabinet.
I would stress that this was a minor problem and as I said at the start, I was very pleased overall.

We were visited by Shaun from Renew Flooring who inspected our carpet and spent 2 hours repairing the problem for us. Great service - professional, helpful and above all our problem was solved with no further fuss. Brilliant. Thank you Shaun. 10/10

The service was so efficient and painless.
After contacting our insurance company we were directed to Renew.
They contacted us and when we spoke they were very understanding. We had to complete a very simple form , take some pictures and a video on a smart phone and then attach these to the form.
Within minutes I had a second email asking for clarification-my claim was then forwarded for acceptance. Within an hour or so I received a settlement figure. I was happy with the figure and accepted. Within about 4 days it was in my bank.
I can now choose my floor covering at my own timing and have the same or upgrade as desired.
Great support and easy hassle free process.

Lovely man, totally different to another gentleman who was sent by our insurers. Would have been a five out of five but his shoes brought in a lot of tarmac (hot day) and our already stained, smelly carpet just got dirtier!
