Lovely shoes.So comfortable

I have used this company before and can confirm that they are very efficient in keeping me informed of every stage of the order being processed. My shoes arrived very quickly and are just perfect.

I did not receive receive my shoes.
Despite attempts at trying to find out where they were. It appears not even received at Evri despite order saying fulfilled.
Only course I had is to request refund from PayPal.
Not a good experience and really wanted these shoes. Still no response from your company to my emails.

Awful company to deal with. I bought a polo shirt that was the wrong size. I requested a return and received an automated email saying they were processing it and would update me with the details to return it in due course. Never heard from them again! And there is no way of contacting them; their online chat doesn't respond and your emails are ignored. Suffice to say I won't be using this retailer again.

Order never arrived.
No response after multiple emails to customer service.

Shoes were exactly what I wanted and spot on size wise. Size 9 was size 9.

I am still awaiting an email to return these shoes, I have requested 3 times but no answer from them so very disappointing. The service is NOT good & I wouldn’t use this company again or recommend to friends & family

Great shoes advertised. Ordered two pairs - only one pair arrived. Zero response from my emails / photos. I would not recommend this company as it appears there is no customer service to rectify problems. No phone number to contact company directly. Avoid.

Not received this item awful service taking it up with my credit card to get money back

when asking for a delivery date this company ? do not reply most awful on line company

Really disappointed with this company.. ordered my son some boots, nearly £50 gone! The order took a while to be delivered especially compared to most online retailers.. the boots are too big so I’ve requested an exchange but two emails on and still no response… I will be contacting my credit card company now for assistance to claim the money back not sure if this company is a scammer

I placed an Oder on 14/7/26 still not received the order I sent them an email yesterday and still not replied back to me

I didn't receive both pairs of shoes that I ordered

I ordered 2 pillow cloud sliders 1 black 1white. Only received white still awaiting the black have also emailed 3/4times no reply very disgruntled customer

Well made shoes at a good price. They are comfortable and smart. Not the fastest delivery ever, but not a problem for me. Happy with Renna.

I received my parcel which took 5days only to find size 9 shoes in size5 box,I have since sent several emails to which I have been totally ignored have had to make arrangements to get them sent back.i would not recommend them to anyone Linda B.t
