We had a blocked drain. After being given the runaround by other companies - yes someone will definitely come out today, except they didn't - we got onto Jamie; fortunately he was nearby, came out straight away, sorted the problem and charged us a lot less than the quotes from the other firms who had not shown up. He was friendly, efficient and courteous and we have his number in our (short) list of reliable tradesmen. We will have no hesitation in calling him if we have a similar problem

Jamie responded immediately to an urgent call to unblock pipe. He was friendly, efficient and professional. Used pipe camera to show me problems and offered solutions which I will take up. Outstanding service and will recommend to everyone.
