Sean gave clear directions on how he was going to resolve this issue and how to prevent recurrence. Highlighted where possible problems could be prevented in the future and was courteous and professional in his approach.

Mathiese Butler is a godsend. I called in a panic for a home survey, and Mathiese went above and beyond to make the survey happen on a very tight timeline. His efficiency was matched only by his expertise; he quickly identified that while rodents had been an issue, our home is currently not infested, which provided us with immense peace of mind.
What truly stood out was the time he took to walk us through the property. He pinpointed exactly which "weak spots" we needed to monitor and gave us practical, honest advice to prevent future problems.
Mathiese didn't just do the job; he made sure we felt heard and informed, patiently answering every single one of our questions. I cannot recommend him enough.

After finding signs of woodworm in my attic, I contacted Rentokil who came out for a survey and I agreed to go ahead and pay €1600 for treatment with 10 year guarantee.

A year or so after treatment there was evidence that the woodworm was still active. To be fair Rentokil sent someone out to respray, but the guy from Rentokil must have taken this as a personal insult as he was rude (to me on the phone and to my neighbour who let him in) and when I returned to the property there was filth (dirt, debris) around my kitchen kettle that obviously left by him; accidentally or otherwise.
On top of this the area manager advised 'if the woodworm returned to just 'replace the wood in your attic'. Seriously.

A few days later I cleaned and insulated the attic and thought that would be the end of it.

A year or so later I went up to the attic and noticed yet again woodworm. Contacted Rentokil several times, received a call back to say someone will be in touch. Never happened. Contacted again, was told someone would contact me, they did to say they will cal back again, never did.

At this point I have just given up with them, which is what I expect the manager intended.

If you have woodworm I wouldn't bother using Rentokil as in my opinion they charge top tier pricing for inadequate treatment, poor customer service and a dubious guarantee of work.

We had a bit of a rat problem. Mandy took care of it, and the critters haven’t been back since. There’s nothing worst than having rodents crawling around in your walls. Mandy not only took care of the problem, she gave us peace of mind knowing we can keep them from coming back.

We dealt with Arkos Sarkady. He was excellent, put our minds at ease and have really good advice.

Akos Sarkady was such a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and thorough with follow ups and additional visits as needed. He provided practical advice, reassurance and a clear plan, always ensuring we had support as needed.

Mark was very professional in going about his work. He was always polite and thorough. He succeeded in finding the root cause to our problem. Hence very relieved customers.

I received a terrible service and had to pay upfront €590, after I discovered i had a rodent in my private home under the floor boards which I couldn't access. I was expecting a technician to arrive with specialist camera equipment and tools etc to find , identify, treat and prevent reoccurring infestation. The technician was not provided with any equipment except some traps and poison which I already had in place as I had found the hole in the wall where they entered. Also follow up calls where slow to respond again due to technician not having correct supplies. I would not recommend using this company for domestic private situations. An absolute rip off.

Very happy with the service we received, especially with the technician whom we got assigned. Mr. Akos Sarkady was amazing. He was always highly professional and very importantly, always on time. Very easy communication and we could always arrange the visits at time which suits us. The service we received fixed the issue with pests and we also received well founded advice on future-proofing the house. I can highly recommend the company and while we hope we won’t need the service in the future we will not hesitate to reach out again should we need to do so.
