Rentola is a scam. Don't sign up. I signed up and now can't unsubscribe. They are trying to charge me €39 per week so I've blocked them on Revolut. Now they're sending me debt collection letters. There's no contact firm on their website. STAY AWAY!!!

Impossible to cancel free subscription
This company tries to scam you by making it impossible to cancel a free 7 day subscription.
It tells you to click on 'My profile' at the top right of the page, but it's not there.
I tried every option I could find to cancel before I'm charged a £29.99 monthly fee but couldn't find any way of doing it.
I've had to block them on Paypal and also on my bank account to ensure they don't take my money.

They have it hidden in the fine print that when your trial subscription “ends”, you’re charged €39!! I’m absolutely sickened. Worst mistake I’ve ever made and desperately trying to find a way out of this. I’ve cancelled within the 24 hour period and I am still expected to pay €40- for a website where 60% of the ads are scams regardless. Avoid completely!!!

Like many people here said, they ask you to pay 1€ to get their contact number to rent something or even just look at theres apartmants. After 7 days they charge you 39 f.....ng € and that mail is not in your regular messeges, but in the spam, so you can not see that mail until they send you warrning that you didnt pay and that their law office will contact you and charge you another additional costs!!!!
Guys dont be stupid like me, use booking and other free websites which serve you the same purpose and save your time and money!!!!!!!!

Tried to post my ad last week, no word back contacted them after a week they replied to say will get back to me within72 hours, contacted them again just to be told it would be few month before they’re able to accept new ads, not sure what’s going on there or how the site is managed . New ads appearing every day so just wasted two weeks waiting for nothing

Do not touch these rats.
They ask for €1 for 1 week trial. They say you can't cancel until 24hrs later. When you try to cancel they tell you that you have cancelled but really they send a mail to your spam for you to verify the cancellation.
Then they charge you the first month because obviously you haven't checked your spam.
When you try to cancel the second time they don't 'need' verification.
They are dirty shisters with a rag business model. Hope they are proud of themselves

Free trail
I had an issue with cancelling the free trail, it took quite a while to resolve this issue resulting in my account being charged twice while trying to get through to the support team in a timely manner to cancel the trail.
When I eventually got consistent contact with Ron I was more than happy with the support I received, I was given a full refund for one month and my account was finally canceled.

This is customer service!
While registering my bank account for the first payment, I mistyped my email which made it impossible to cancel my subscription after a week. Therefore, one month’s payment was withdrawn from my account without notice. However, after contacting the customer service, Ron swiftly responded to my request, made an exception, cancelled my payment and resolved my issue.

Entirely a scam.
I cancelled my account and for the past 4 months they have been spamming me with payment requests, threatening calls and emails.
Steer clear of them. It's entirely a scam. I've had to get a new phone number, email, and credit card to escape charges I don't owe them, even according to their customer service.
